Did somebody just fall off the ferry Sealth?

The ferry just came to a screeching halt off Alki. A boat was sent out and picked up 2 life rings 100 yards or so behind the ship. Anyone out there know what’s up?

WIX Donations, campaign “thank you” page missing

I’m working on a site for a local charity and have just set up a donation campaign using the WIX donations app. The setup went smoothly and I can make donations using the form. The problem is that after checkout, I get sent to a 404 page because the campaign “thank you” page is missing.

I was under the impression that this page was generated by the donation app when a campaign is created.

Does anyone have any experience with this app and know if I should just create the thank you page myself?

Tribal Canoe Journey Alki Beach Stopover (morning departure)

Stating at 5:30 am, the canoes states leaving for the next leg of their journey south on Paddle to Nisqually Medicine Creek Potlatch. Each extremely heavy canoe was carried to the water by teams of paddlers and friends.

Last night's moon was just a tiny sliver.

Last night's moon was in my favorite of its moods, the Cheshire Cat smile (or the Waxing Crescent for official moon people). With about 1% of its face lit by the sun, it was beautiful.

Manly yes, but I like it too…

My wife and I were eating at a local pub today when I smelled a familiar, but forgotten scent. My wife’s comment was, “Before there was Axe (body spray) there was that”. The dude next to us reeked of “Irish Spring”. Now having flashbacks to the manly Irish guy cutting up a bar of green soap with his jack knife. Didn’t know the product was still around.
