Listening to the audiobook of this, it’s really weird. So much of it is seemingly drunken 4am calls between EVH and the author, and they come across like they’re boyfriends having minor arguments, Ed is bitching about random stuff and the author is trying to placate him so he will consent to having him do an official biography. And they keep saying they love each other. Fucking weird man!!
