Hopefully this is just a bad PSU?

It booted up this morning no problem, then after about 5 min shut off and when I hit the power button it started doing this. I unplugged the psu c13 cable but had to go to work before I could look any further into it.

It was a gift from a friend so im not entirely sure what psu it is or how old it is.

Purge line goes off the side of the bed when printing petg?

Any other filament type it stays on the bed but petg it goes off the side, and the front purge line is super brittle and breaks off in tiny pieces. Any idea?
