Please stop suggesting battery replacement for every time someone asks for an advice lol
Battery degradation is smth to worry about but not in relation to performance, unless your iphone indicates that the performance is not optimal. In which case, yes maybe replace the battery, but I have an iphone 13 PM with 70% of its capacity and it still supplies more than enough power for optimal performance.
The issues usually come from ios 26's poor performance and lags. Which was my case until I've updated to 27 and now it doesn't overheat, nor lag nor have any animation slow downs. So yeah, stop suggesting battery replacement cuz there are people who don't know enough about energy consumption (like me) and I was about to order a new battery until i've done some research and figured that 70% of battery's capacity is still more than enough for basic usage of your phone. Spread the word geeks 😅👾👾
Your battery’s capacity is enough if it’s not below 60% (for performance - not battery life)
Battery degradation is smth to worry about if you want longer usage time out of your phone but not in relation to performance, unless your iphone indicates that the performance is not optimal. So yeah, stop suggesting battery replacement to literally everyone who says their phone lags or overheats cuz there are people who don’t know enough about energy consumption (like me) and I was about to order a new battery until i’ve done some research and figured that 70% of battery’s capacity is still more than enough for basic usage of your phone and it was indeed just ios 26. Why the game looks so bad on PS5?
Tried the game on my PS5 and love the chinese mythology but the game just looks sooo bad on the console. Am I the only one thinking that?
Epic Store download page : what monitor is this?
Anyone knows what monitor is this appearing on Epic's download page?
Siri is…slower now?
Using it on an no AI device even (14 Plus) and Siri just feels significantly slower for basic tasks like asking time or date. Anyone else noticed it?
Anyone else have their 14 Plus heating up around the processor?
I’ve had this phone for 3 years now and never had the issue. Lately, since ios 26 it started overheating arouns the CPU all the time, doing basic stuff like browsing or scrolling the interface. Anyone else experiencing the same?
Unlocked explosive arrows at the end of the game !! Why wasn't this mode available from the beginning ? 😂
Crossover is so good !!! Playing Animal Well on my MBA M2
Okay guys just wanted to share my experience with Croasover. I’ve been playing a lot of indie titles like Animal Well on my MBA and it just runs very well. Plus the game has native controller support and works via bluetooth unlike some titles where I had to use steam’s controller input.
New to PC gaming: is there any reason I should consider anything other than GOG for building up my library?
All other services are not DRM-free and I just tested to download a backup installer for a game I purchased on GOG and it felt like magic 😅 I honestly don’t see why would anyone go anywhere else? Am I missing smth? Why is Steam more popular?
TLOU RPCS3 configuration
So, I was asked to share my configuration to get TLOU working via RPCS3 as it crashes very easily otherwise and I have spent a whole day setting mine up. So, here you go. I’m running it on MBA M2 (i know it’s crazy 😅)
The Last of Us via RPCS3 (PS3 emulation)
Running it on my MBA M2. It eats up all my mac’s ressources, not gonna lie. It’s the first time I saw it lag, played Resident Evil natively before, Metro, Control, Tomb Raider… they all used a lot less ressources which is normal, cuz they were native games. But still, was not expecting a PS3 game to run on my mac, yet here it is.
The setup was pretty laborious, you have to get all the settings right. But once you do, it runs at about 20-30fps with some buffering of textures as you can see in the video. Overall quite surprised and happy :)) gonna try installing other less demanding ps3 titles to see how it goes.
