can s1 students leave after 12 if they’ve a free lecture and go to mcds and return back later for the class? is it like allowed?

i mean there should’ve been a proper guidance on which courses we’re supposed to pick and how they actually tie into our major courses. evt is so confusing are we going to be divided into two batches? and how many core/general courses are we supposed to select? & if we cant figure this out by tmrw, what classes will we even have!?

is there free wifi available in kinnaird like most universities?

i’m so confused with this whole merit lost fiasco. i applied for bs management (dept ias) only on self support basis didn’t choose the regular morning option. the general merit list + the first one that has been released for bs management doesn’t have my name but has the name of kids who have an even lower aggregate than me. would there be a separate list for self support which will be released on 13th, so confused?

how tone deaf are our celebrities? i’m genuinely shocked by how silent and detached so many of the biggest names have been during everything that’s happening. many influencers, despite all the criticism they get, have at least been speaking up and consistently posting. our celebrities have somehow managed to set the bar even lower. on one side they would do shows on social issues and on the other side is their absolute duality. paise aur kaam ki lalach insaan ka zameer maar deti hai. DON’T bother showing up with excuses for your favourites (if they’ve failed to post anything abt the current issues they’re miserable beings.)

the very first question she asked me was abt my name ive a unique one so i was asked a few questions related it.

she then asked me to introduce myself, the other places i’ve applied to and which one would i prefer.

she asked me abt my clg then abt my parents and their workplaces.

so the interview was going well until the teacher who was taking it questioned me abt my clg and i talked some shit and she schooled me on it (said that u are here because of them) she didn’t ask me any question in general abt business after that she just asked me abt my dad n mom omg i feel like fumbled BIG TIME IM GONNA CRY HARD (bba dept) 🥲🥲

hey, i’m planning to do bba from fc or bnu and i want to go into marketing, ideally fashion marketing. for people already working in marketing what ac helps u land good jobs after graduation? how do u secure decent internships while still in uni? i know fc/bnu aren’t exactly top tier business schools so what actually makes someone stand out in this field? anyt i should spend the next four years focusing on if i want to graduate with a strong cv? also to what extent uni name matters in field (in the very start)

i’m in such a dilemma rn. i was pretty set on doing bba from fc or bnu but i always wanted to study hospitality management. honestly is a 4 year bs hospitality management from cothm worth it? how r the internships & job opportunities? does it actually help if your end goal is to work abroad or would i be better off sticking to a bba from fc/bnu?
