see there's this funky thing in the discord servers that sends you to the meta release channel/organization thing from where you can download them, but you gotta be 18+ to do so, and that shouldn't be any problem for me but it still won't let me in. i even checked my account birth date thing and it's over 18 so im stucc now. ANDD i can't use steamvr because my laptop has a shit gpu. i installed epicquest on my laptop and there's a shit ton of games i DO wanna play but NOOOO i just HAD to have problems yk?

i have had my quest 2 for almost 5 years, got it in december of 2021 and have played with it a lot. it now has broken joysticks with stick drift, a broken head strap and a ripped face pad. i'm not quite sure of what issues there are performance-wise, it does seem to have a weaker battery. now if i replace the face pad and head strap and repair the controllers, i could maybe sell it for around £60 - £120 and buy a quest 3s, or i could keep the repaired quest 2 i have and save myself the extra £100 or so pounds, as the quest 3s generally seems to cost from £200-£300. i have done my research and have seen that the quest 3s has better features (eg more RAM) but again, i could make do with the quest 2 i have. i'm really stuck and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how i can deal with this.

for example, i saw this youtuber called sk0l who did a livestream an hour ago i think, he kept saying "yeah it's rec room" which ima assume as a joke, but honestly it's death hit me rlly hard and i wanna play again, even if it's not the same game but a revive or something.

i've had a look at the cyberdeck cafe guide too, but im hoping to find a video.

cyberdecks seem AWESOME and i wanna make my own and walk around with it just aura farming, ygwim? 🤘🤘🤘 but yeah when i look at designs theyre either 3d printed (i dont have a 3d printer) and/or way too complicated and posh and expensive looking.. so ye do yall have any ideas for a broke lil beginner like me? :D

im thinking between a meta quest 3 or a console, and for consoles, i am not sure which console to even get. i have an oculus quest 2 and am planning on selling it if i do decide to get a quest 3, because i LOVE vr gamings, it's really fun in my opinion. on the other hand, i am considering getting a console because the only console i've ever owned is a Wii (which i do not have anymore), and i have no knowledge of different consoles n stuff. what should i do???

not gonna repeat the title but yeah, so far we have gartic phone, among us, minecraft and we are considering some roblox games. for context, we play on different platforms (mainly pc and xbox), and honestly we haven't been able to find any proper games to play together other than the ones listed. the only other ones that could work are games like fall guys or something, but i dunno. hell, we havent even been able to find any horror games. what we really want is like a fun and chaotic marathon that lasts a good few hours. please help me out here.
