Moving out - where do I go?

I'm moving out August 31 but don't get my new place until September 1. What am I supposed to do for that one night and where am I suppose to keep my things? What about all my food and fridge items?

Is there a website where content creators can share what brands they have worked with and their experience working with them?

I know FYPM exists or used to exist but that website never worked well. Is there a website or a subreddit for this? I'm a new content creator and while I'm able to vet between what is a scam and what is not a scam, sometimes I'm not sure if I'm being compensated correctly or if that is how a brand should operate.

What's the alternative to having a stage at the reception?

All I can find for reception decor is a stage with elaborate draping and florals, but if I'm already doing that for the Sangeet it feels like it will almost be the same. What are some other options I can do for reception decor where my husband and I will sit? I'm in Canada.

Sephora selling products that have gone bad

This is the second time I've had to return a brand new product because it smelled rancid. The first time was a Caudalie cream - I took it home and used it and noticed it smelled off. I took it back to the store and the sales associate said that's how it was supposed to smell. I exchanged it and the new one also smelled horrible. I reached out to Caudalie to complain and they sent me a new one - this one had no rancid smell! I just regret not returning the cream to Sephora and getting my money back.

The second time was a Huda Beauty Concealer. I already had the product but ran out so I went to pick up a new one. As soon as I put the concealer under my eyes I could smell that the product had gone bad. My old one had no smell at all. I took it back to the store and smelled all the samples, and those had gone bad too. When I returned it, I let the person on cash know that I was returning it because it had gone bad, and she didn't even acknowledge it.

This is the main Sephora in downtown in my city. It's a shame they don't care about their products.

AIO girl got upset she wasn’t invited to my engagement, so I called her out

A girl who I used to be friends with 10 years ago but haven’t really seen in the last few years found out about my engagement party from Instagram and was upset she wasn’t invited. For context, I got engaged almost a year before that, and she never congratulated me, even though we ran into each other multiple times. Could I have been nicer? Sure but I was honestly over it. And yes, she invited me to her birthday party, told me the wrong restaurant, confirmed with me on the day of, and I waited there for 30 minutes while they were all at a different restaurant.

Editing to add: We're not in the same friend group and we're not close friends. The last time we had dinner one-on-one was maybe 3 years ago, and the last time I invited her to my birthday was 6 years ago.

At what point do you just pick a venue?

Planning for a 2027 wedding and we've visited 4 venues so far. I don't think that's enough, but at what point do you stop looking and just pick one? We will go see a venue when it fits in our budget and matches our vibe. I really liked the 4th one but what if something better comes up?

So many of the venues I've seen in the GTA are all the same - corporate grey and white looking lobbies, conference room carpets and chairs, or it's chandeliers and all white.

For the reception, we're trying not to go for a typical banquet hall, but still need somewhere that will fit around 150 guests.

Skipped placebo week back pain

Skipped my placebo week and started a new pack because I was going on vacation, and now I have lower back pain all day everyday. I assume I'll have this pain until my next placebo week. Is this common and how can I ease the pain?

Free or cheap overnight parking?

I’m travelling to Miami in a few days and renting a car. I will be staying at a hotel but their overnight parking rate is ridiculous. Is there anywhere else I can park? We’ll be staying on Collins.

As a Canadian, how can I get UGC gigs?

I see a lot of you earning money only a month into this. As a Canadian, I've been struggling and I've only received 2 paid gigs over 2 years! (I'm not doing this full-time and I have taken several breaks, but even when I am on top of things gigs don't come in). I have a well established portfolio and the two I have worked with were big brands - one reached out to me through email, and the other through Aspire. The platforms I am on are Aspire and Shopify Collabs. I also do a lot of gifted/restaurant collabs. How else can I find paid gigs?

Not interested in making a new account/posting to a new account/making 30 videos a month for little money.

Is there an app like La Dolce Vita for Miami?

When I was in Dubai I used this app to get into restaurants and I was wondering if there was anything like this in Miami.

Editing to add that LDV gets you into places for free.

Best time to go for a Bachelorette Party

What’s the best time to visit Tulum to have a bachelorette party? I want to go to MIA and Ilios where I’ve seen they do the plate smashing but not sure if they do that all the time or not.

I went to Tulum in April 2023 and places were pretty quiet and empty.

Please write your review in Francais

I got a toner and as I was going to post my review, it would not let me submit and said I needed to post my review in French. So now I have to go to google translate and translate all my reviews, but it doesn't let me copy and paste the results! Has this happened to anyone?

Any venues in the GTA that are just a big house with grass?

I'd like to do one of my wedding events in a backyard but I know a lot of airbnbs don't allow for parties and no one in our family has a big backyard. Are there any venues that allow this for a decent price?

Feeling like I try so hard

Title: tired of feeling like I have to try so hard

I’ve been trying to lose weight for years. I have PCOS and IR. I started Mounjaro in January and have lost 10 pounds. A friend started MJ last month and already lost 10 pounds. She has no condition. At our highest we were 30 lbs apart. Tired of feeling like I have to try so much harder to move an inch.

Would you be offended?

I'm thinking of asking 3 girls to be in my bridal party. I'm either going to have them all as bridesmaids, or one Maid of Honor, one Matron of Honour, and one bridesmaid. If you were the bridesmaid, would you be offended that you didn't get a title like Maid or Matron of honour?

Backyardify Rentals / Castle on the Water?

Has anyone here used Backyardify Rentals for their wedding venue in Ontario? They have beautiful venues but I haven’t even seen the location yet and I’m getting red flags. They aren’t transparent about their pricing on their website, they only communicate through Instagram DMs, and they are extremely slow to respond. They are having a venue open house and the only way to register and book a slot is through their DMs which they barely answer. I also haven’t seen very many reviews on them so I’m wondering if anyone here has an opinion.

Planning a bachelorette trip

Planning a bachelorette trip for 4-6 girls for next year and I need advice! Where did you go, where/what hotel did you stay, and what did you do? If you did a hotel, how did you arrange rooms so most girls get their own bed?

I'm thinking Miami, Mexico or Palm Spring, but it will depend on budget. I am trying to keep flights and accommodations under $1000.

How long would it take you to make these videos?

How long would it take you to produce 6 videos promoting a product, talking into the camera, with b-roll, provided script that is approximately 1 minute long or 250 words. 6 different outfits.
