As someone who started a band, have you ever thought of giving up your band and just leave cos you are exhausted with non responsive members, ever busy members or simply tired from all the co ordination

Do you have problem getting all band members together for gigs ? My drummer always out of town and difficult to plan a gig and the dates aren't for us to choose. What should I do

Do you openly share your setlist with other bands or post songs your band plays in an open channel where everyone can see ? I think no right or wrong but I don't feel good about it, just checking if my feeling is legit

I recently joined a new band and saw Members exhibiting some friction with one another even before starting the first jam session. What more haven't seen each other yet. Red flag ? Should I leave the band with such bad chemistry ?

Have you experienced like your band members leaving and left only you and the one or two remaining. Will you just disband assuming it is difficult to find a replacement for the vacancies.

How many active bands do you have now ? Why more than 1 ? I have like 4 bands and I am not sure why I am more excited forming bands than increase my song repertoires. I reckon I will drop every band if I get burnout.

I started joining one or two new bands and ended up waiting for the rest of the members to kick start. Not even the ones started the bands. Now I have to ask the bands how to proceed with the first jam sessions. Red flags ?

Is it normal to feel jealous that your friend's band get to perform regularly at different places while you are struggling to find places for your band to perform ?

What do you do if your band members are not up to your expectations and you want your band to go for gigs in future ?

Currently I am not sure if I should let go my drummer, vocalist and that extra guitarist and rope in other capable members. My drummer can't play his drum properly and he travels frequently, my vocalist can't sing a certain pitch and that extra guitarist of mine only has time to learn power chords. I am currently looking to form another committed band and it is all so tiring having to look for ppl again.

What should I do. My existing band members enjoy playing with one another and I am happy that they get along well so I also won't want to break them up.

As a band leader, do you have your favourite member and why ? My favourite member is my lead guitarist. Cos he is always the most hard working one despite busy schedule.

Did you figure out walking the JAZz bass yourself

Ok I know of 1, 5 , passing note to the next root and repeat. But why the tutorials show the notes can fly everywhere until the next root. Why they didn't follow the patterns like 1,5,1 or 1, 5, 3 , passing note etc
