So been T2 since Jan. Went from 10.9 to 6.4 in 3 months. Seems closer to a 6 the past month. 1500mg metformin. 10k steps a day. Eat fairly healthy. Last night. Had salad then pizza at 5pm ish. 2 hr later small dessert. All shows up well in the pic. But what about my low at 10:30pm? How low is scary. I felt shaky and dizzy. Drank some apple juice and chocolate. I get lows ( like 67 ) about once a month. Never this low.

I took this photo in Los Angeles a few weeks ago, so hawks were already incubating eggs. Is this play between friends/family/mates or is it territorial? They never seemed to actually make contact.

I shot this in Los Angeles at one of the many local red tail nests. First time I've seen 2 chicks for sure in this nest. Good sized snack for these two.

I took this video of this man made and installed nest in the Sherman Oaks-ish area of Los Angeles. A red tail hawk with 1 chick on the left (fuzzy head sitting still). Then another chick on the right. I cant tell what body part/s I'm seeing. Is it a face or a tail?
