chatgpt says an oximeter wont help me because ill get a low reading too late and i would be already in an anaphylaxis shock.

i panicked for 16 hours straight it was ups and downs until it started to only get up for 3 whole hours and oh god knows how much i tried to help myself and calm down but not a single technique worked (even what normally works for me) and it got so bad i was so numb and tingling that my oximeter couldn't work cause my hands were stuck completely then my whole body got stuck and hard as a rock i couldn't move at all and i was talking funny cause my lips werent moving.
im surprised i survived and truly terrified that it might happen tomorrow.
