Mini me Wednesday? Is that a thing?
The small one maker is ICEL in Portugal. Between the 70 and 90s most likely according to the manufacturer ( I contacted them to get information). The big one is identical just larger but was made by R.Zafrilla in Spain. This one is very new to me so I have very limited knowledge but is most likely in the 70s.
Found in my grandpa’s storage unit, my guess is from a Dodge Dart because he had one but the valve cover looks completely different so maybe from a parts engine?
I just recently bought this super tool 300 from a pawn shop and I’m just wondering if it was worth the 60 bucks Canadian I spent. I cleaned it up a little but there’s no missing tools or anything.
Been quite the ride over the past 4-5 months working on this nights and weekends and a few breaks for the holidays and some weddings. Started out as just the chair rail molding, picture frame and crown with the wall paper. Then I had the bright idea to knock down the closet door frame and build out the dresser. The dresser build I'm most of proud of but the perfectionist in me isn't thrilled with how the reveals on the insets came out. Was my first time ever diving into any wood working project so trying not to be too hard on myself (been channeling Bobby Hill's wabi sabi clip to embrace the imperfections). I certainly learned a lot on this and has sent me down the rabbit hole of wood working. Already eyeing my next projects around the house here.

Hi there,
Recently these trees were cut down on my property because they were diseased and dying. Some of the logs are rotted from within but there is some good wood in there.
I asked them to leave me some wood for burning and possibly making furniture and here's the pile. How would you go about processing this? I have very minimal experience with a chainsaw so I was thinking splitting them with a mallet. Any ideas on how to approach this pile with my limited experience ?
