These tiny (3x5mm) lightning ridge opals are going to become body jewelry! I’m in talks with a local piercing studio who wants to stock some natural opal pieces.
But I’m curious if I should set them into white or yellow 14k gold. What is people’s preference for body jewelry? Think septum piercings or non lobe ear piercings.

I am looking for a mineral society with a membership that would allow me to come in on weekends to work on my rock projects.
Looking online I can’t see much about when the spaces are available for the various clubs.
Anyone have any recommendations?

A week or so ago I noticed some black spots on the tip of my Bruce’s Dragon. I was monitoring them and waiting to see if they grew before chopping the top off
The day I was thinking it was time to possibly cut it, this little thing appeared! I decided to leave it alone since the spots weren’t growing or changing and the tip had new growth.
Is this a pup? Do I need to do anything for this?
Also anyone know what caused the black spots in the first place?

I always feel smaller when I take my usual dose (200-250ug) but if I take anything more than that, I feel larger.
My bf says he always feels the same size or slightly larger.

Hey all! Starting out my bike commuting journey has been so fun!
I hadn’t ridden a bike in over ten years before I picked one up last month to start riding.
I’ve been doing a couple miles here and there to get ready to take the step towards commuting with it.
However, I have a tough time signaling my turns when I’m in motion.
I’m afraid to take a hand off the bars and when I do, it feels like I can only do it for a second or two before I need to have both hands on.
At a stop or a light it’s easy enough, but when I’m moving it’s really tough for me.
Is this just something I need to practice more? Or is there a trick to getting better?

Do you ever take your glasses off while tripping?
Other than being blurrier, do you notice any changes to the visuals when you don’t have them on?
I had an interesting experience with my glasses last trip, and would love to hear from others what their thoughts are.
I start out a 2 tab trip wearing my glasses, which is what I usually do. About 3ish hours into the trip, I take them off to have sex with my bf.
The sex was AMAZING, usually we don’t end up fucking until the comedown but this time was on the come up and it was BANANAS!! I was coming in about eight different dimensions.
Afterwards, I put my glasses back on and instantly everything was fractals.
This is unusual for me, as this is my regular dose. Typically, I just get some light trails and slight color shift.
Have you ever noticed significant differences between wearing glasses and not when tripping?

Recently got a few cactuses (that are nowhere near old enough for me to want to harvest yet) and am curious what amount of plant is necessary to enjoy the effects and if anyone has resources on how to get from raw cactus to enjoyment.
Probably not going to do the full extraction route unless that’s necessary. I see some people making teas and such and I’m curious what the process is.

Today is day 3 of not picking my skin after over a decade of destroying my face, arms, legs and chest.
I was looking at myself in the mirror (as we all do) and noticed a small whitehead next to a spot I had dug out a few days prior.
I realized how much worse the patch I had picked was than the blemish was in the first place.
I saw how much I was harming myself. There was a not insignificant chunk of my cheek missing, and I did that. Not my acne.
Something inside me shifted and I felt the overwhelming urge to quit immediately.
I cried about it, and then when I finished, I threw away my tools. I trimmed my nails and went to bed without picking at my face for the first time in over ten years.
It’s day 3 and my face is already better than it’s looked in years. I just hadn’t been able to let my skin heal enough to not be inflamed.
I am posting to keep a reminder for myself that my skin is fine if I just leave it alone!! I’m not helping by picking!!!
