Hello everyone, long-time lurker, first-time poster.

Ever since I played Alice: Madness Returns on the PS3 back in 2011 (that's right, I had a PS3, I know, I know, Xbox 360 was hotter back then, you can relax, I'm still on the PS family), I was fascinated with the dark aesthetics of the game, the story, and Alice.

So from then on, every time I played a game that allowed character creation and glamours, such as in FFXIV, I always tried to recreate her outfit. Last year, I really wanted to do it, but by the time I decided to, it was too late, and I really wanted it to be for Halloween.

Anyway, here I have what is known by its creator and manufacturer as Smart Doll, short for Social Media Art.

These are highly articulated and customizable vinyl dolls, similar to Dollfie Dream dolls. So now every time I see it on my display, I get that extra push to go and replay the game on my PS3. I still have the rascal fat 80GB, backwards compatible and all. 😅

In preparation for Halloween, I have dressed Aurora Celestria as the version of Alice: Madness Returns. I played the game back in 2011 for the PS3, got 100% on it, and the platinum trophy. Ever since, I've really loved the look because it is dark and punk, with the boots, the stockings, and the color of the dress.

I couldn't find the boots so I ordered plain ones and added the little belts myself. I also bought fabric stickers and cut them to make the little icons on the apron's pockets.

Found these charms while browsing the next for normal size handbags but they turned out to be quite the nice little purse organizers for Aurora and Harmonia 😁

No job attire is complete without a nice leather bag to carry all those important doll items 😅

I ended up buying a brand new outfit, and she looks amazing. I also got her a little handbag. It was a little plain, so I went to Michael's and found these tiny charms to decorate it a little. New items mean photo session! 😁

Now to wait amd see how bad DHL is going to nail me with the tarrif 😂 no joke god I hate the times we living in but at least we got our hobbies to keep us going 😃

I'm trying to decide between these two. I love the eyes on Oceana because they're big, and I like the smile and simplicity of the face makeup. On the other hand, I really like the smile on Minority, and again, the makeup is nice, nothing crazy. She's very similar to Relativity, except for the blush marks. I do like that about Relativity. Sadly, she's only available in cinnamon, and all of my accessories are on Tea (hands, Elf ears, heeled feet, etc.), so I'd like to at least keep them the same shade so I can make use of what I already have. So, what are your thoughts on these two sculpts? Do you guys own any of them, and if so, could you share some photos? That would help me decide.

How do you guys with multiple dolls deal with buying new clothes? Do you buy for all of them or just one at a time, and do they share their wardrobe?

Hi everyone, this is my first post ever. I bought this little guy about a month and a half ago and I've been cooking for the fam every Saturday since I bought it, and I love it.

Now, the reason for my post is that I have my mother-in-law coming for a visit on Saturday, and since Mother's Day is on Sunday, I'm planning on making dinner for her and my wife. I was thinking of smoking a leg of lamb, but I want to make pulled lamb. So, I've been wondering how long I should smoke it for, at what temperature, and when is the best time to wrap it. But I also dont want it to be cooking for 12 or 20 hours.

I'm very new to this so I havent cooked anything big like a brisket but I've did a chuck roast the other day.

So I was hoping the more experienced members of this sub can give me some advice and pointers.

Dressed up to kill with cuteness that is. I received this new kimono, Hakama, Obi, Boots and sword for Harmonia and decided to take some photos eventually I'll try to get better at taking pictures and also go outside it'll be fun just have to get the courage to be seen with a doll by the neighbors lol anyways here I have **Harmonia** the red floral kimono and **Aurora** with the Blue strawberry and flowers kimono.
