Bought one from Mame in Zurich when I was there for work, little did I know that they don't ship outside of Switzerland...unless it's for a commercial shop? my friend happened to be in Toronto for work and she saw the shop is featuring Mame this week! So she bought me two!!! Can't wait to crack them open in a couple of weeks.

Good to have friends and even better to have friends who travel often, especially in this hobby of ours.

I took the pob on my kinu and put it on the r3 blade, then decided to get another pob and put it back to the kinu. The pob has arrived so I can put it back on the kinu.

same burr in different grinder, clearly different in grounds, same brewer and same recipe, can't decide which one I like more.

Picked up a bag from three marks, and gotten these from dak showroom. Along with the Qima I bought from London, the Tanat bag from Paris. Aug/Sept is gonna be great!

I've heard this is the place to go in Barcelona, also walked into the hidden coffee on the way back to the hotel by chance, no pourover even though it's on the menu

Picked this bag up from Qima when I was in London for work last week. Or was it the week before that? Anyway, barista told me the minimum rest for this bag is 3 weeks, well today is the day, ready for prime time. Opened it up, and just brewed the 1st cup. it's GOOD!

Bought the 3 so that I can use the 2.0 for travel, also bought the grinder when I saw the coffee chronicle's video about its mod possibilities.

Saw someone posted about spotting this particular muffin decal last week and decided to get one myself. Just had one of those " Expectation vs Reality" moments. the Decal turned out to be so much more smaller than anticipated, it's safe to say that I've ordered it two sizes too small.. oh biscuits!!!

I've been buying from watch steward for a little while now, have 8 different straps in my possession.

Just got these Navy/white and Grey/white in the mail today. Along with the silver one I have, think I'm pretty set in term of strap combo for the sbgx341

Bought it to use as THE dedicated work/travel piece, for as little as $350! It is an absolute bargain! Like I said before, literally it is the only piece with a 12 hours bezel that checked all of my boxes.

Took delivery of this about 3 weeks ago, the longer I own it the more I appreciate it. Since then, I've traveled with it to Tokyo, Paris, Zurich, London and wearing it in Honolulu today. it is serving its purpose beautifully.

Attached are a few travel pictures with it. The most memorable moment with it so far, has to be the moment when I went to pick up the Seiko sbgx341 in person in Nakano Broadway in Tokyo. I was hunting for that piece a a little while.

Nostos brew the better cup this morning, while Nostos is bit too industrial to taste, Qima has a more neighborhood cafe feel to or. picked up a bag from Qima while at it.
