i stuck a few precut rubies (synthetic, 4mm) in a couple of test pieces all the way through, making tiny red windows. this size a challenge for my big fingers but i managed to set them in there. used a drill with a tiny drill bit, made the hole bigger with a wooden skewer, then just jammed them in there. if this works ill try some bigger ones. 🤞they are drying now- will post an update over the weekend after they’re done with any additional lessons learned.
