Anyone else have brown spotting around week 4-5

My doctor assures me it’s common and brown spotting is okay but it’s really unsettling. Every time I wipe there’s brown discharge on the toilet paper. Some days it’s barely there and some days there’s a lot. I’m going on day 6 of this (I’m not even 5 weeks yet)

My first pregnancy I had zero spotting so I’m nervous

BFP cycle after chemical

I stopped testing after my LH rise this cycle because my PDG on Inito is always really low and it gives me anxiety. I’ve had my blood progesterone tested twice this pregnancy at my fertility clinic and it’s been 20-30. Currently 17 dpo, lines are darkening and I’m feeling a little hopeful! I’ve had 2 early losses this year so I’m guarded but excited. Wishing you all BFP’s soon!

BFP chart 🥹

This was my first cycle after a chemical pregnancy and I ovulated late.

After 2 early <5 week losses this year I was terrified when I saw a line on 10 dpo. I’m now 17 dpo and getting dye stealers so I’m feeling a lot more confident! My temps this cycle were we WEIRD, with lots of dramatic dips, I was convinced I was out

Low initial beta HCG, but fast (30 hour) doubling time?? Is that a good sign?

12 dpo HCG: 37
15 dpo HCG: 181

Doubling time = 30 hours

At first I was really down about the low 37 beta on 12 dpo. I got my first positive on 10 dpo so I felt it should be higher. But now seeing the doubling time, I have some hope. I’m spotting constantly (brown) so I’m still staying guarded since that’s how all my miscarriages started. Do you guys think the fast doubling time “outweighs” the low initial beta?

Husband has 52% DNA fragmentation, fertility doctor said it’s likely not the cause of 3 early (<5 weeks) chemicals 🤔

The rest of his sperm parameters were perfect. The fertility doctor said DNA fragmentation isn’t correlated with early pregnancy loss. She said it would just prevent fertilization from happening, not miscarriages. That doesn’t seem right to me…

All my testing came back normal

Needing some reassurance—3 chemicals in 5 months

TW: mention of LC

I’ve had 2 chemicals this year so far, and i'm now pregnant for a 3rd time. Last month’s chemical I had brown discharge for days around when my period was due, then ended up miscarrying at 18 dpo.

Right now i'm pregnant again, and it's 13 dpo. I’ve had brown discharge for 2 days, and yesterday I had a little dark red but not anymore. The constant brown discharge is so unsettling.

My tests are getting darker but not dramatically so, and my blood hcg yesterday at 12 dpo was only 40 but my progesterone was 20. I just need to know if this is going to end. I'm so anxious about it. My husband has high dna fragmentation and we have a doctor appt in a few weeks to figure out the cause and I SO regret getting pregnant because its probably that that's causing issues, or my isthmocele from my previous c section.

I’m just feeling hopeless right now, like we’re never going to have another baby

16 month old napping 1 hour all of a sudden

Here WAS our schedule:
7:30-8 bed time
6:30 wake up
1-3 nap

But now all of a sudden she’s waking up from her nap around ~2, after only 45-60 mins screaming crying.

What do we do? I’d love for her to get her nice 2 hour nap again

Guess my beta hcg! 12 dpo FRER

Dying waiting for my blood tests results from this morning (they said to expect them same day). What do you think my beta will be??

Dark red spotting at 12 dpo but tests are darkening

I’m 12 dpo in my 3rd pregnancy this year 🫠 I had two chemicals and just found out I’m pregnant yesterday. My pregnancy tests are getting darker but yesterday I had brown CM and today it’s dark red. Not enough to hit my underwear but every time I wipe is enough to notice. It’s blood mixed with CM vs like dripping blood. Would welcome any stories, words of wisdom and support. I’m so on edge. Waiting to get my HCG test results

11 dpo e@h. Test got lighter then darker, which do I rely on?

A little backstory, I had two chemicals back to back this year, so I’m running a little anxious.

10 dpo— SMU vvfl in the morning (1st pic)
11 dpo— SMU no progression from previous day (2nd pic). Started to freak out.
11 dpo—THIRD morning urine, noticeably darker (3rd pic)

I’m feeling a little better seeing it darken but also still just on edge from that first test I took this morning being so light.

BFP with low temps?

I got a BFP yesterday but my temps are really low. With all my other pregnancies, my temperature shoots up when I get a positive. Anyone has any insights?

Update: that luteal dip WAS a good sign!

I posted a few days ago asking what everyone thought was going on with that huge dip below the coverline on 7 dpo. Woke up this morning (10 dpo) and took a cheapie test cuz why not and got a vvvvfl!!! I’m shocked! I tested yesterday and it was stark white negative. I’m very cautiously optimistic. This is my 3rd pregnancy this year (other 2 were chemicals). Stick baby stick!!

Freaking out e@h 9-10 dpo

That’s a line right?? Or is it an indent? I’m freaking out. This is my third pregnancy in 5 months. 2 chemicals, including one last month. This cycle we didn’t even TRY try, had sex once in the fertile window (O-5!!!)

Update: took another one right after this and it was still positive so it’s NOT an indent! What’s so weird is the FRER is negative??

▲ 27 r/Inito

I’ve been worrying about my low estrogen during the follicular phase since I started trying for baby #2.

So I did a little experiment yesterday because I had extra inito tests (and they’re covered by my husband’s work fertility benefits so basically free). I took 3 tests each spaced 4 hours apart yesterday (my surge day) to see how my hormones fluctuate throughout the day.

Look at that huge swing in estrogen in just a few hours!!! It went from 100’s to 400’s to 100’s over just 8 hours.

So if you’re like me— this is your sign to stop worrying about the Inito values! It’s the trends you want to be paying attention to.

I’m struggling and I would love to hear what you all would do in this situation. Just for context: we are trying naturally/unassisted and have had several chemical pregnancies in the last 6 months.

We did a bunch of RPL testing and just found out my husband has high DNA fragmentation which could be causing our repeated chemicals (~50%). Our fertility doc said it’s fixable with supplements, plus my husband stopping the hair pills he’s been taking for years that also are a common cause of DNA fragmentation (sure wish we knew that 6 months ago!). But, the fertility doc said it usually takes about 3 months for sperm to fully regenerate.

Doc said we could keep trying in the meantime, but we are at a higher risk of having more chemical pregnancies…or we could take a few months off and play it safe until we do a repeat sperm analysis in July. My husband and I are in our late 30’s so wasting time feels like such a gut punch. Not asking for medical advice, more just wondering if anyone has gone through something similar/how you would approach this situation?

We’ve had two early losses this year after having a successful pregnancy in 2024. We started the RPL testing this month and just got my husband’s SA results back and his DNA fragmentation is 49%. His other sperm parameters are “excellent”.

I’ve been reading that this could be less of an issue for natural conception than IVF since the female reproductive track does a pretty good job of finding the best sperm. Curious if anyone else has had their partner’s sperm analysis show high DNA fragmentation.
