Does anyone know the episode where Hamish is telling a story about Andy showing him a picture of his rear end operation and says something like ‘now… that is gross’

I saw on twitter a few months ago a review that Matt had done in a cinema journal about a man (I think Canadian) man who had a television show in the 90’s or early 00’s which was about himself and had a kind of reflexive reality component to it. Any help appreciated!

I wrote down a quite from the show but cannot for the life of me remember which episode it is from, if anyone could help it would be appreciated! I am 90% sure it is from Mac, who says:

This happens to me a lot, especially when I am completely exhausted. I will be lying perfectly still in bed, just on the edge of falling asleep, and suddenly my brain genuinely believes I am falling off a step or tripping over the pavement. My entire body physically jolts and heart starts racing, and then it takes me a few minutes to calm down enough to try and sleep again.

What is actually happening in the brain or nervous system to trigger such a jolting physical reaction when the body is supposed to be relaxing, and why does our brain interpret it specifically as the feeling of falling?

Living in London with my small puppy in a rental. The rental contract allows pets and when I got the lease they confirmed it was okay to have a dog. They have now changed their mind and are asking me to leave. Is there any way around this?
