Price and vibe check

Just stumbled back into Porsche land after a long sabbatical. I’m currently looking at 3 cars at different ends of the spectrum.

2001 996 80k miles manual for 35k
2005 997.1 carrera 80k miles manual for 59k
2004 996 gt3 55k miles manual for 118k

Do these prices seem about right? I’ve only been shopping for a few days. I feel like the 996 Carreras are the best buys for the money. I know it’s all subjective and situation dependent but is it worth jumping up to the middle tier for like a 25k premium?
Also, what about the gt3? They used to be way cheaper (the 996’s) and now they’re getting up there but it’s also the only way to get a manual gt3 which is what I’m looking for. The next jump up is a 997 gt3 manual and you’re at like 180-200k then.
