Speaker cone foam has become brittle and broken on my dell precision m6500, how to repair?

I can’t find the replacement speaker board anywhere online (out of stock on ebay and other places), does anyone know how to repair this rings? Or does anyone have a for parts laptop with this speaker board and would be willing to sell me the part?

Firing this thing up for the first time since 2018 lol

Not sure if the sd2vita even existed back then lol, my setup at the time was to use a 32 GB usb flash drive. Definitely upgrading to a 128 gb micro SD!
I first hacked it back in mid 2017.
