Hi there. This has been in my family for a while now. I want to make it work but I can’t open it. It seems there's a screw inside of it and I don't know how to reach that.

TL;DR: TS2 holds a huge place in my heart. It's one of the games that has brought more lovely feelings for me. I can't afford it due to being unemployed.

Hi Reddit! 4th time I request this. I hope I get lucky! I'll try to be quick. As I always clarify, I'm a non-english speaker. So apologies for any grammatical mistakes.

The Sims 2 is one of the games I cherish the most. It brings so much good memories and feelings to me. As I write this, I'm listening to the soundtrack on Spotify. As the game itself, it's unmatchable.

As I just said, it brings many good memories. I played the game for the first time many years ago, with only 8 years old, I think. Seeing something from TS2 brings me a feeling of nostalgia and cozyness that no other game can, not even my favorite. It's still by far one of the best games I've played, and my favorite in the genre. I like the other Sims games, but they lack many great aspects from TS2.

I love The Sims 2 so much that I have played almost every version of it. The mobile versions, the PSP and DS ones (odd games, I must say), and the PS2 one. That last one was truly great. But the PC one is by far the best.

Why I just don't pirate it? I could. I mean, it's an old game. But I'm not a fan of pirating games. I don't like to do that and I think it's dangerous for my PC. I had a lot of trouble saving for my PC and I strongly take care of it.

Why can't I afford it? A few years ago I could. When games were cheap in my country, I bought dozens of them. You can see them on my profile. Things like RDR 2 for only 5 bucks. A while ago, Steam prohibited those prices in Argentina, so now games are crazy expensive for us. And I'm jobless. I left my previous job to focus on college (I live thanks to my folks rn) and I can't spend so much money on a game. If I had that extra cash, I would spend it on groceries, probably. As much as I want the game, I just can´t.

If someones buys the game for me, I would be really happy. And I would play the hell out of it. It's a game that can never bore me.

Hi there! First attempt on TS2 for me. Gonna try to make it quick and simple.

The Sims 2 is one of my favourite games of all time. It's the best in the saga (it just went downhill for me), and I must have played it for tons of hours. I'm not a big fan of The Sims, just of the second one. Played it on PS2 (goty), NDS, PSP (that's just a weird game), and PC, of course. And I must have played it on my cellphone when I was a kid. You know, those java games. It was a blast back then.

Over the years, I never bought it. I didn't pick it up when they gave it away in the EA App. I only use Steam (it's comfy af), and it finally arrived last year. Coincidently, on my birthday. Price was insane tho. Even if I had some spare money, I wouldn't pay 30 bucks for a 2004 game, even if I loved the damn game.

As I said on previous entries here, I'm broke. Jobless and got college rammed up my ass. I'm still looking for a part-time job, but things are hard in Argentina. There ain't much oportunities, and the few oportunities absolutely suck. Thankfully my parents help me with rent and stuff. As for me, I try to save the few money I have and spend it wisely.

Back in the day, game prices here were a joke. I remember paying like 5 bucks for RDR 2. Imagine that, 5 bucks! Nothing. That's how I got so much games on my Steam Library. IDK what changed, but games are impossible to pay here. This one is 17,99 and I just can't spend that money on something like a game.

This is the last game I will be requesting here. Thanks to everyone who gave an upvote, a nice comment, everything. This is one of those subs that make me think there's still good folks around. Next time I hope I can give something back.
