High usage Tatum is one of the winningest contributors in the NBA.

On a team with more ball movement and a more versatile offensive and defensive profile, I think Tatum is going to average 30-10-7 on elite efficiency leading the Celtics 1st seed finish.

I also anticipate Pritchard taking the next step this season and becoming a bonafide top 10 offensive pg in the league. Squad has better offensive rebounding now meaning more second chance points + having a more solid frontcourt means a disruptive backcourt defender like Derrick White will have a field day. Expect more pts off to + 2nd chance pts this year.

Coming off the achilles injury (and the JB trade), the narrative is going to be there, too. My prediction is that he has an MVP in the tank to secure himself at the top of the NBA, where he belongs, with Giannis, Jokic and SGA - and this will be the season.

He’s going to get the payoff of his lies but he’s not going to have a super saiyan moment where he can suddenly wield power that doesn’t align with where he is as a character during the current stretch of chapters. Luffy will trust him with an important duty that involves staying in Elbaph temporarily and Usopp will return having lived up to Luffy’s expectations of him.

There are still mysteries to uncover with the giants - the frozen giants on Punk Hazard, for one. Straw hats are going to need a liaison between the resolution of the threads still involving the giants and the start of the final battle. Usopp makes the most sense for this role.

Maybe time does move different in Elbaph and Usopp ends up getting a second functional time skip as a result - with Gabban being his mentor. And when he shows up again he’s legitimate a brave warrior of the sea, no caveats.

I think it’s going to have been obvious in retrospect that he simply has all the tools necessary for success on both ends of the floor. I wouldn’t blame teams for taking a swing at the upside of both AJ or Peterson, but Boozer is the surest thing here by a meaningful margin.

Another note, I wouldn’t be surprised if a team with a lot of young assets traded up to draft Boozer for the exact stated reason.

I can't stand watching OKC. The way they play basketball, incessant fouls on one end and flopping on the other, makes both sides of their game frustrating to watch. It's not fun when a team has advantages or an opponent has disadvantages for non-basketball reasons.

The biggest irony is that if they dropped all their shtick, they'd probably be one of the most exciting teams to watch. Shai is a unique, MVP level talent that thrives in self creation and as a clutch player. Imagine the clutch playoff finishes with the ball in his hands - think what Brunson is on the Knicks. Chet is a stretch centre that can stuff shots on one end and drain 3s the next play. They have dogs all throughout their roster. Caruso was a fan favourite elsewhere. Ajay Mitchell emerged. McCain pulling up from the logo was fun as hell. Jalen Williams (although not playing) is versatile three level, two way player.

They're an amazing product concealing itself under a layer of shit.

I’m in Boston for the weekend, unrelated to game, and will be attending game 7 tomorrow. In all honesty, I did not expect this to go to game 7 (no offense), so I’ve yet to make any plans and don’t know many people in the city.

A couple things:

- I’d like to bring someone who loves the Celtics but can’t typically afford to go to the games
- Important to know- I’m fully a neutral and just want to see a great basketball game (ideally with Celtics winning to experience the game 7 home win)
