Wir haben kürzlich Schimmelbefall auf dem Dach entdeckt – obwohl wir ordnungsgemäß gelüftet und die Fenster zur Belüftung offen gelassen haben, hat sich dennoch Schimmel gebildet. Das Fenster neben dieser Wand auf dem Bild lässt sich jedoch nicht öffnen. Da es nicht erreichbar ist, öffnen wir stattdessen das andere Fenster im Raum.

Auch im Badezimmer gibt es Schimmel, vor allem im Duschbereich, in den Fugen und Ritzen. Ich habe mir viele Beiträge anderer Mitglieder durchgelesen, war mir aber unsicher, welches Reinigungsmittel ich verwenden und wie ich den Schimmel loswerden soll.

Der Vermieter sagt, er habe noch nie ein solches Problem gehabt, aber am Tag meines Einzugs habe ich im Hauswirtschaftsraum einen Schimmelentferner gefunden, auch wenn das schon ein paar Monate her ist. Aber nur zur Information.

My supervisor needs me to add my contribution and insights, but i am confused now what to do when i only have literature to read and where do i bring in new data or something out of the world. What sort of personal insights and contribution can i actually put in, based on my situation?

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein Problem mit der Luftfeuchtigkeit bei mir zu Hause. Außerdem vermute ich, dass auch die Isolierung nicht ganz in Ordnung ist. Im Winter ist es drinnen zu kalt und im Sommer ist es unerträglich heiß. Es ist so warm im Haus, dass meine Kleidung selbst dann an meinem Körper klebt, wenn ich den Ventilator laufen lasse und ihn direkt auf mich richte. Es handelt sich um eine Mietwohnung mit offenem Grundriss und einer Fläche von 60 m². Alle Wände sind mit weißer Tapete tapeziert. An vielen Stellen im Innenbereich gibt es häufig Schimmelflecken, die ich mit einem Schimmelentferner beseitige. Obwohl ich das Fenster öffne, sinkt die Luftfeuchtigkeit (<61%) zunächst, aber am nächsten Tag – zack – liegt sie schon wieder bei 75 %.
Tatsächlich krabbeln auch auf meinen Elektrogeräten weiße Insekten herum, die ich zwar entferne, die aber immer wieder zurückkommen. Außerdem gibt es an meiner Wand hinter dem Badezimmer einen Fleck, bei dem ich vermute, dass es sich um ein internes Leck handelt, und tatsächlich bildet sich auch im Badezimmer selbst nach dem Putzen Tau, und der Abluftventilator saugt die Luft nicht effektiv ab. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen ebenfalls im Badezimmer.
Ich habe mit dem Vermieter gesprochen, und er sagt, wir hätten dieses Haus seit 25 Jahren und noch nie ein solches Problem gehabt. Wir sollen die Fenster öffnen, den Trockner nicht benutzen und unsere Wäsche an der Luft trocknen lassen. Er hat uns zwar einen Luftentfeuchter besorgt, aber ich denke darüber nach, auszuziehen, da ich gerade an meiner Abschlussarbeit arbeite und nach der Arbeit nicht mehr genug Energie übrig habe, um mich mit Schimmelbeseitigung und jetzt auch noch diesen winzigen Insekten herumzuschlagen. Was soll ich tun?

Noch etwas: Im ganzen Haus wimmelt es von Spinnen, und überall hängen Spinnweben, egal, wie viel man putzt. Miete 960€+ NK(für 2 Personen). 🥲🥲

I am looking for some good quality , reasonably priced, dryer friendly, daily wear cotton underwear ( mostly brief slips , did not try boxer briefs yet but interested in trying) in Germany. Front pouch or fly not a concern, but comfort is.

Also, did anyone try boxer briefs after using slips, were they comfortable or a wrong decision to switch?

Summarisers and other tools are there but so many , can’t actually figure out, which one to use and rely upon and whether free version is sufficient or paid version should be opted. Reading papers is time consuming too and when you don’t find the relevant information thats another level disappointment. Somedays its productive and sometimes its not while i also struggle with my supervisor who seems concerned that i may not finish up on time while he is mostly not available or just tells me to figure out. Thats your work. What tools can be used to enhance productivity and effectiveness? Tips are appreciated. Submission in 3 months.
