is it just me or the asset sizes are all huge? installed this ikea asset earlier today, 189mb in size. should i expect roughly ~200mb added ram load by having this asset in my game? afaik there isn't even a loading screen mod, so all these textures are not shared?

what's lingsha's best 4* lc in a firefly lingsha dahlia fugue team? dreams montage, what is real?

or is it post op conversion, shared feeling?

i think the build docs recommend the latter 2, but they aren't break specific and i think are for general use

also, what about fugue? the docs say the best 4* is resolution shines and before the tutorial mission starts, when solitary healing is right there and is break-related?

I have just enough pulls to guarantee himeko nova e1 OR s1 + summeretto, or himeko nova keep at e0s0 and get e1 summeretto. which one is more viable? I plan on running nova/summeretto/e1 dhpt/e1 tribbie. from what I read e1 is a good stepping stone (not completely useless) for e2 which I can get next rerun. and how her sig is good but not universal unlike therta's. but there was another leak claiming robin SP's e2 got moved to e1 which seemed enticing. is e1 himeko nova likely not as good then? should I just save all my pulls? and does this team comp work or I should stick with welt?

does anyone have the flight sim studios 727?

i've been wanting to get it, but hesitant over the fact that the description says it's 2020 native with 2024 compatibility.

i'm new to flying airliners, i've currently only flown on garmin planes. after extensive research i've narrowed down only this plane offers a garmin suite and is an airliner. and yes i own the pms50 gtn750.

however i also noticed, non msfs-2024 native planes do not allow importing from sim EFB mid-flight to a plane's fmc.

does the fact that this 727 is not 2024 native mean this would not work? or is this reliant on me having the 2024 pms50 gtn750?

big disclaimer - i primarily play msfs2024, wanting to try 12 for the current and upcoming business jets, namely the hot start challenger, akd g650 and falcon 8x.

however, i owned both 2020 and xp11 which i got at a heavy discount, but xp11 performance is absolute abysmal no matter what i do. even changing to vulkan DROPPED my fps from 30 to 20. my specs are a 5900x and 6700xt with 16gb ddr4. i've tried low/medium but performance can barely maintain 30fps, and graphics look like they're from FSX.

does 12 improve performance? like how 2024 was a huge improvement both visuals wise and performance wise than 2020? my sim looked both better and ran 1.5x faster fps wise from 2020 to 2024, but i want to know how xp12 does before i buy.

which one is more worth it? i checked a couple of videos and the md handling seems better, the l1011 looks very cartoon-ish from the videos on hand flying. other than that i can't really tell how different system depth is for either?

however i do like the l1011's availability of the gns530; i also want to ask though, specifically does the l1011 also have a gtn650/750 implementation? i fly the fss 727 with the garmin implementation quite a lot (prefer this much more than the gns430/530 and CIVA INS nav), but i've only saw videos showcasing the 530.

another thing, does either allow importing from msfs2024's built in EFB/.pln files? or must i use simbrief for both

I've heard a lot of praise for the leather 35a in being the most detailed business jet addon for MSFS. however i also heard most of the pros for it is in being great at hand flying, handling and high thrust.

i currently own the flightfx hjet, 99% of the route i've been doing is IFR and don't have any hand flying segments at all save the last 200ft or so. i dont see the importance of good hand flying qualities in a business jet when you're just going RNAV waypoint to waypoint, and ILS landing? or is flying VFR the entire route realistic for this learjet?

i have 2 PCs. one of them has about 300 mods in the community folder and one of them has the identical refueling panel as in msfs2020 on the quick tooltips in 2024. however i cannot figure out which one adds this so i can bring it over to my desktop. i do not want to have the hassle of refueling via efb each time.

even better, is there any mod to auto default every flight to start with 100% fuel?

I game on 2 monitors, a primary 1440p 180hz and a secondary 1080p 60hz. i intend on having the second monitor for Volanta, Little Navmap and all my other flightsim programs open in the background while my main monitor is the main MSFS display.

would i benefit from plugging in the secondary monitor directly into the motherboard, so it draws from the iGPU for a little extra performance on my dGPU? MSFS hogs up all 16gb VRAM, would this move shift the VRAM load to RAM in any meaningful amount?

and how do i get it to only cycle between the interior and exterior view... also like how base game does it?

why is my fps absolutely abysmal? i have a 5900x and 6700XT on windows 11, 16gb ddr4 which is way more than enough considering XP11 released when Zen 1 was the newest CPU architecture. I'm hovering at 15fps on MEDIUM settings for the hot start CL650. low settings brings it to 20 which is still completely unacceptable. on this same rig, in MSFS 2024 i get a stable 60. what is wrong with the game? low everything settings looks even worse than FSX as well.

plugins manager reports 99% usage is from XP, so it is not any of my plugins.
