i sended shoes and a shirt from leopard to elo but elo is saying only shirt have arrived. can i do something? already complained to leopard

i see light stretches when i close my eyes a lil bit or squint, even with correction glasses, dont know if its normal or not.

i have eye strain maybe thats the issue.
