I want product and routine recommendations and help for my hair. This is my hair after combing and this is the amount of shed when I comb. Even when I touch my hair i get 2-3 strands in my hand. Monsoon altogether has made my hair very frizzy and unmanageable. This shedding has also made my hair density reduce so much.

I want to grow my hair length wise and also increase its density and make them look manageable and make them look decent when I wear them open.

Please help with product suggestions that are also affordable and not luxury. Home remedies if any. Also is homemade rosemary spray of any worth? Or any other hair growth serums or oil or something?

I also need help with good clarifying shampoo recs!

I've been using this 2% ketoconazole shampoo for a while (i leave it on for 5 mine as advised)but I don't see any visible changes. I also use this or any shampoo I use while diluting in water first. When I dilute this with water there's foam bit when I apply that on my hair it's like plain water and no foam and I don't feel like it cleared my scalp at all so I use another drugstore loreal shampoo as my second wash. Am I doing anything wrong? Or should I use any other shampoo for dandruff? Should I switch to other ones like scalpe pro, bare anatomy anti dandruff shampoo, tugain shampoo, selsun or heah and shoulders bare shampoo?

I've 2c-3a curls I think. Help with building a nice curl routine and product recommendations for good curl definition and less frizz and more manageability.

Also my scalp is prone to buildup/sticky dandruff. Any suggestions for that too.

Also how do you sleep while protecting the curls and what hairstyle for the gym and everyday outing too?

I've frizzy, fine, low porosity, wavy (2b/2c) hair. My scalp is prone to buildup, itching and dandruff i suppose but it's not dry flakes like dandruff but sticky dandruff. And due to monsoon the frizz has become unmanageable.

I also am facing moderate hairfall where my hair falls from the root with a bulb and white thing/buildup/root attached to it. And due to this over time my hair density has taken quite a hit. I want to work on my hair texture, hairfall, hair density and hair length.

So I desperately need help with product (in budget, not overly pricey) and routine recommendations that are easy to keep up with. Also I'm not very keen on following a very intricate Curly routine that I can't keep up with. I just want something that keeps my hair healthy, dense, soft and put together.

I've an oily T zone and dry cheeks otherwise. But in summers and monsoon cheeks are not very dry. They behave normally. But on the left side of my cheek there is recurring acne which leaves marks and then acne again. It's a vicious cycle. Mostly it's white head it's pus filled ones. My routine is Cetaphil cleanser am and pm and derma co sali-cinamide face wash 2-3 Times a week at night. And the ordinary niacinamide serum.No actives as such but I've started using aziderm 10% for 8-10 days.

Any suggestions on what to change in my routine or what products to use?

Also I need good moisturizer recommendations for my skin type in budget.

In winters i used Bioderma atroderm and it worked very well but I don't think it's working for me now in this monsoon. And I use minimalist and dot and key sunscreen.

I've mild oily scalp which has build-up issues after 2 days of wash and then dandruff is not dry flaky but sebum coated like sticky. I need shampoo, conditioner,masks, oil, serums, leavein and everything hair recommendations so that my hair falls stops and my hair feels smooth manageable soft and healthy most importantly. Also I want something that helps with my hair density. Home remedies are also welcome.

I currently use loreal hyalurone range! And dove 10 in 1 peptide strength mask!
