Hi there,

I’m doing dip nails at home and they’re lasting maybe two days before falling off. I’m curious what I’m doing wrong?

This is my process:

-Prep the nails (buff, file, push back cuticles, Mia Secret dehydrator followed by Mia Secret Xtrabond).

-Put Modelones base over the tip of the nails and dip in powder. Do this again, but over half of the nail and dip in powder, followed by base over the full nail and dip in powder).

-Put Modelones “activator” over nails.

-Put Modelones top coat over the nails.

That’s it! What am I doing wrong?

As the title says. I’m looking at the airstraight but I know my coanda 2x has the straight attachment. You can’t go from wet to dry with it tho, so I’d imagine it doesn’t work as well. Thoughts?

There’s a laser place nearby with a great deal currently. My mum is encouraging me to pursue this for my neck/chin hair from PCOS. I thought that laser doesn’t work due to this being hormonal though? I thought electrolysis was the only option?

I have the opportunity to adopt a local Persian cat, 1 and a half years old, and good with dogs.

My golden did not grow up around cats, so I’m wondering if anyone has introduced a cat to their golden down the road. How did it go? Any tips?
