Which Preseason Game will have the most starters playing?

I'm going to be going to one of the home preseason games with my dad this year. This will be the first preseason game I'll have gone to since they dropped the number from four to three. The old rule of thumb was that game three would see the starters play for a half at least but I don't know what that looks like in this day and age.

Looks like last year none of the starters played in game 2 and only a few in game 3 so maybe it's a moot point.

Also, as an aside, my dad doesn't walk so well anymore and he has a handicap placard for his car. Can we use that to drive closer to the stadium to drop him off rather than walking in from Elitch's or Federal?

Need advice on how to EQ replacement head unit

This past week, I replace the factory radio in my 2014 GMC Sierra with a JVC direct replacement KW-z800AW. Install went fine. Nothing to report as part of that.

This JVC should theoretically be better in every way than the factory radio I removed, even with the base AC Delco speakers that I'm still running. That said, it sounds like ass and I can't fix it.

I'm sure GMC had some factory EQ going that I just can't replicate. I've tried fiddling with the EQ bands and parametric EQ. I bought a Dayton Audio IMM 6 and have tried to EQ using AudioTool on my phone as an RTA and try and build a smooth frequency response graph that's not flat but has more pronounced base and a smooth rolloff of the high frequencies but I just can't get it but I just can't get it to sound decent.

Is there a trick to mastering this black magic or is this just a case of me needing to get gud? Are there any good guides you folks know of to guide me?

Thanks!

Received a Service Battery Charging System light at the end of a long drive.

Yesterday, after a long 4 hour drive, as I was pulling into my driveway, I got a "Service Battery Charging System" light and message from the DIC. According to the OBD2 (and multimeter) the battery voltage with the engine running was 12.7V, so likely the alternator needs replacing.

Before I do that, is there anything else I should check to see if the issue isn't the alternator failing?

Thanks!

Gross United Domestic First HNL to DEN

We are on UA 1806 in Domestic First from HNL to DEN and the seating isn't very clean. There's big gross cake fingerprints on the headrest and food in the side pocket.

Also, they said that the tray table was broken and had to move my daughter to a different row. However they tried to seat someone else in my daughter's seat anyway. We tested the tray table and moved back but if the table was too busted and they had to move my daughter, why put someone else in that seat?

How to actually contact someone at Amazon about a return

So, I'm in a bit of a pickle here with an Amazon return.

I bought a sprinkler controller a few weeks ago and of course it went on sale for $30 less this past week. So I think "OK, that sucks. I guess I'll order a second and return it as the first one."

Well, dumbass me took the return to Kohls and gave them the wrong QR code to scan. So now the $200 Rachio sprinkler controller of on it's way to amazon but the return shows as "Waiting for dropoff" in my Orders and Returns section. It's out of my possession so I can't cancel the return and do it again. I can't seem to find anywhere to talk to an actual person at Amazon to get this straightened out.

So, suggestions? I have no idea what to do next.

Confused about iDataLink and benefits.

I'm in the market for a head unit to replace the factory radio in my 2014 GMC Sierra. I want android auto so I've been looking at a number of models and think that the Kenwood DMX809s seems to be the right choice for me.

Now, that said, I'm confused about the utility of getting the Meastro RR or SR iDataLink modules vs just a regular AXXESS or CRUX steering wheel control adapter. My factory radio doesn't integrate anything outside of infotainment. No climate controls, no vehicle information like tire pressure or engine RPM. Only the backup camera, and that seems like it can be retained with an additional $15 harness.

So, in my situation, what is the benefit of the RR or SR? Would I even get vehicle information on the head unit? The OBDII connector that comes with the T-Harness for the RR only has two wires attached so it can't be pulling that much info out of the OBDII port.

Thanks!

Fireworks game sections

Hi there, I was looking at tickets for the July 3rd fireworks game but its not made clear on the Rockies website which sections are moved to the field and which ones aren't. Does anyone have a list for sure? I've seen conflicting reports that sections 149 and 150 move to the field.

Also, looking at other seats, the club level along the first base line has the 300 sections over hanging it. Does anyone have any experience to know if that blocks the show?

Thanks!

I have two 10 year old siblings who are indoor only cats. It hurts my heart that they don't get to go outside even though I know it's best for them.

So with that said, I'm trying to train them to wear a harness and leash so we can go outside together but they don't seem to be taking to it. I give them treats when I wrestle the harness onto them but it's just not getting easier for them.

Are senior cars maybe too old to learn new tricks and their brains just aren't plastic enough anymore?
