So, I’m training boxing at a club where there are two coaches teaching completely different techniques, and I don’t know which one is better. I’m hoping some of you might have some advice.

The first coach says all the weight should be on the back foot, with the front foot used only for balance, he also requires significant foot rotation.

The second coach insists on a 50/50 stance—meaning weight is distributed evenly between the legs—and requires only minimal foot rotation, relying mostly on the hips.

To help clarify how these techniques work in practice: when I throw a left jab using the first coach's method, I have to pause after the punch to execute the rotation, whereas with the second coach's method, the right hand follows the left immediately.

Which one do you think is right? Thanks for any advice.

i bought an aneng an870 and i tried to measure things but the measures are weird am i doing something wrong or what?

the first test was continuity and when i tried to do it a litle bit faster it has problem with catching it

the second test was a capacitor and i takes a long time to mesure it

third and last one was a resistor and it took really long time and still was off by 10 ohm(resistor was 22ohm)

also when i test capacitor on board it doesnt want to give me any results even wrng ones

I really hate sweeteners in toothpastes. Are there any good toothpastes without sweeteners (in Europe)?

also i drink only water and eat only pasta and minced meat from processed food, the rest is unprocessed food,(i dont eat any sweets and anything like that) so can i brush my teeth without toothpaste?

Recently my Xbox 360 broke down and had the code rrod 0022. I did a reflow and the code changed to 0010 which means problems with ana/hana, but after the third attempt to start the console, it managed to start and now it works. Why could it be fixed so suddenly?
