My cockatiel just let me pet him 🥹

Usally if you try to touch his head, he hisses and bites, but today when I was playing bass he let me touch him. Like I siaid he NEVER lets me touch him. Maybe he's seen me petting my conure and maybe let me touch him. He's so sweet. Ive had him since November.
