What should I do at my Internship to maximise knowledge and career growth?

I just started working at a Fortune 500 company as an intern, I really want to learn a lot, make sure I understand actual industry level systems and contribute to good projects and maybe some career growth and how to maximise my chances on getting a PPO or another intern/job.

1500 on Codeforces and System developer, looking for referrals for Google

I am a 3rd year student form a tier 3 college, I am currently specialist on codeforces.
Have a summer internship at a fortune 500 and have built system apps like a distributed rate limiter and a multithread light ray simulator.

I can share more details in your dm, If you feel my profile is a good fit, I'd be grateful if you'd consider referring me for google summer intern

Should I list my expected rating instead of current rating on a Google internship application?

I currently have a 1460 rating and want to apply for a Google internship. I often see people with Expert (1600+) ratings getting interviews, which makes me wonder whether my rating is too low.

Would it be acceptable to put something like 1600 or 1500+ on my resume and expect to reach it before any profile verification happens? Or should I only list my current verified rating?

Has anyone gotten Google internship interviews with a rating around 1400–1500?

Developers in the industry, how do you manage to apply to so many companies?

There are so many companies to apply out there, I am a 27 grad, and its a lot of work to find which company posted a role that suits me, as you got to be as early as possible, not all companies post on linkedin or similar.

I have a spreadsheet of a few companies that I check everyday. Is there any better way to do it?

I have FAANG employees phone numbers, but dont know if I should text or not.

Thought some OSINT I got my hands on the phone numbers and personal emails of a lot of people who are working in FAANG level companies, I really want to text them, not for referrals but to get some insights on what to do next.

Should I send them a small warm message telling them about myself and what I am asking, or should I just forget.

It is my experience that people usually do not respond to mail.

Working professionals, if someone texts you out of the blue ( a student looking for some insights, with their portfolio) how would you react?

What is my best way to approach???

I will be a final year Computer Science student from tier 3 college in a couple of months, I am 1500+ on codeforces and have decent projects and intern experience at a Fortune 500, yet I am really scared of what the future holds as literally no company above 10 LPA visits us. My main domain is system programming and backend.

So, I bought Acer Aspire 7 ,2 years ago, and an year ago and It started freezing while using the device, either the screen will go black or will just simply freeze and I would need to reboot the device, sometimes I would need to reboot it multiple times, got it fixed (Repair guy said a few ICs were burnt) couple months later my screen wont light up when I start the laptop, hitting it from the back fixed the issue, but now the issue is so severe that I need to hit it multiple times and hope it would work, It never turned off while working even when I use the hinge.

Also my screen broke 2 months after buying the laptop due to an accident, fixed it via company's service center.

I dont know what to do, it is costing me alot, should I just get it repaired again or buy a monitor and lose the mobility of a laptop.

PS: I am a student and will be working as an intern in a few months
