My fiance and I moved out to my home state three years ago to be closer to my family and for better job opportunities. Two years later and my parents left to go home to their home country to retire. I have no sisters, I have brothers but I’m only close to one of them. The three years that my fiance and I have lived here, we’ve been in our own little bubble, not really making friends. I’ve gone out with my coworkers and so has he but I wouldn’t call them friends. The friends I had in the state that we moved out of, distance has for sure put space between us and I barely talk to any of them.

I’m getting married soon and I have no one to go dress shopping with. I have no one to get advice from. I feel pretty lonely. What should I do? Just ask my brother?

Currently renting an apartment that has a balcony. My fiance and I haven’t been able to enjoy our balcony due to bees creating a nest in the railing. We’ve contacted our landlord twice about this and all of our requests have been place as completed but the nest is still there and there’s still bees everywhere. I’m not sure what else I can do. Any advice?

My fiancé and I are planning to have our honeymoon half in Thailand and half in Taiwan. We wanted to buy a one way ticket to Thailand, a ticket from Thailand to Taiwan, and then Taiwan back to the US. I saw that Thailand would refuse you entry if you don’t have a round trip ticket. Anyone able to travel there with separate one way tickets?

I was shedding tears after the Claudia scene where she’s explaining how she felt and screaming for Madeline. The scene right after that was Louis and Lestat, joking, talking, sitting on a bench. Doesn’t anyone else feel like it could’ve been more cathartic? Like Claudia just wrecked Louis’ POV, I was expecting more of an emotional reaction from that fact that your daughter is telling you that she really freaking hates you.

I get he means it literally but I also think he uses it metaphorically? Or like as an excuse and I don’t understand the meaning. Like does having the blood mean you make unwise decisions or you’re impulsive? What does Lestat mean by that?

For instance, when Louis and Lestat are speaking in the car about Lestat wanting to get Louis out of a depression and also wanted to punish him. Louis asked why and Lestat’s answer was “I have the blood of Akasha..”

I live in the US. I have Kaiser NorCal. I’m having such a hard time getting Twirla. My insurance doesn’t cover it, I went through an online service to get it prescribed and when I went to the pharmacy and used the coupon they have on their website and they’re quoting me around 200. The only patch I’m able to get covered is xulane. Anyone else able to get Twirla at a lower price?

I wanted to share my experience with my ectopic. We are not trying to get pregnant, I had an IUD in for the past three years. I had a normal period in January, no period in February, and then spotting in March. This was normal for me during my time on the IUD so I didn’t think anything of it. At the end of March, my bleeding became more like a period and I started to wake up feeling so nauseous. I did a pregnancy test and it was positive. I knew that having an IUD and being pregnant increases your changes of ectopic so once I found out I went straight to ED and yep I had an ecotpic. My initial hcg was 8700. I was treated with one dose of methotrexate my bleeding then stopped.
Day 4: 7k started bleeding again like a period
Day 7: 5K
Day 14: 539
Day 21: 189
Day 28: 110
Day 35: 51
Day 39: 30 was experiencing intermittent sharp pelvic pain that felt like really bad gas pain. I couldn’t walk when it happened. Went to ED, had internal bleeding from resolving ectopic.
Day 42: 11 pain still uncomfortable but not as severe
Day 46: 1 hcg was drawn a day sooner. Feel so much better, pain still there but not bad.

This whole journey was extremely anxiety inducing and I’m sorry for those who are going through it.

I currently dealing with an ectopic pregnancy. My initial was over 8k and my most recent hcg was 11. I was treated with one shot of mtx. After mtx, I felt fine, just had bleeding like a period. Recently when my hcg was 50-30 I started to feel gas pain. Went to the ED a couple of times for it because it was soooo severe, worst pain I have ever felt. They just told me it’s residual left from my ectopic. The pain got better after taking Tylenol.
For those who experienced gas pain and bloating, when does it get better? When your nearing having an hcg of 0 or after your hcg is 0. I just want to go back to normal

My husband got a knife from Japan and I put it in the dish washer. The handle now comes out really easily. Anyone know of a place in Sacramento that can fix this? I’m only seeing knife sharpening places when I google

The last tribal council he knew people were gunning for him. Stephanie left saying she wasn’t the ring leader of wanting to get Ozzy out. I don’t know why he wouldn’t think that that would still be the case for the next tribal council. Why would he think the vote would go so easy like that, it’s survivor. Oh my gosh. I was rooting for you!!!! Now he left with another survivor souvenir in his pocket.

Was it a coincidence that she used a doppelgängers blood to create the vampire spell? If it wasn’t a coincidence and she did it on purpose how did she even know she was a doppelgänger?
