Temp hasn't moved over a year. Any tips to get it up naturally?
Hi
I've been following Ray Peat for the last year. My daily temps haven't really moved that much at all. I'm in a colder part of the world right now, not super cold but it's winter. I noticed my hands and feet being cold at night or when stationary during the day. I do work outside so I am moving during the day time majority of those hours.
My usual daily eating revolves around yoghurt and honey for breakfast with a coffee. The rest of the day consists of 750ml-1L of freshly squeeze OJ, small serving of lamb or beef, potatoes or rice for at dinner, 1-1
5Litres of milk, carrot salad, parmesan cheese, weekly prawns/oysters, fruit for snacks, homemade ice-cream at nighttime, etc
B vitamins especially high dose b1. Magnesium Threonate, Mineral supplement.
My digestion is good. I can easily digest 2L milk a day on occasion.
My emotional stress is fairly low, I'm into my interests and get lots of time in nature as well. There is some emotional stuff I am still cleaning up and in the process of reprogramming my conditioning.
I did have lab tests done of thyroid function including rt3 and all my results as well as non thyroid stuff come back great.
I'm not sure where to go from here. I'm wanting to raise the body temp naturally without resorting to being tied to a T3 supplement. Any tips?
Thanks
