Geo Storm with Georgia Plates.

The rust is a feature not a bug. It looks great from behind as well I wish I got a better picture but I also caught a yellow car passing behind which was cool. Enjoy!

Worth it to replace screen on 12mini?

I am no longer a fan of my huge 17pro max and want to go back to my 12 mini. When I charge it the phone takes the charge and still vibrates like it’s on but the screen is blank. It still vibrates when I touch the screen too so I recon it’s the screen probably?

Just wondering if it’s worth it to replace, how much it might be, and would I be okay taking it to a third party store for repair or should I bring to Apple? Not sure if it matters much in terms of quality screen replacement or what.

Any insight would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Just found outside loose

Gave him/her water and a tiny bit of wild bird food. I have live meal worms as well. We’re going to try to find the owner.

No sidewalk, no crosswalk, but there’s a button to stop traffic for pedestrians…that doesn’t even work!

Getting my car worked on at the dealership, so I had my gf drop me off at the grocery store across the street. Tons of places to eat and go to on foot but no sidewalks anywhere except by the grocery store, which is essentially pointless for my endeavors. Columbia, SC(USA)

Seasoned heirloom tomato and dukes mayo with Fishwife smoked chili mackerel, garlic pickles topped with cowboy caviar on toast. 8/10

Heirloom tomatoes and cowboy caviar from Trader Joe’s. Better goods garlic pickles and Dave’s killer bread from Walmart. Probably the best sandwich I’ve had all year. First time trying smoked mackerel and was very satisfied with my creation! Cheers!!

I’m trying to figure out what is making this repeating sound? Pretty sure it’s a bug but I’m stumped on what it is.

Cheesy mashed potato taco(right) then chicken and al pastor, chips & queso, onions and lettuce, side of mild salsa.

This was probably the best food I’ve ever had in my life and this picture doesn’t do it justice. The cheesey mashed potato taco was absolutely a work of art and everything else held up to that standard. Flavor for days. Runny queso, fresh veggies, limes to elevate and brighten. If you see a Hispanic food truck, try it!!!!

Beginner question with Road kill rattlesnake hide

After I skin the rattlesnake and scrape off the rest of the fleshy slime stuff, should I 1)soak it in bleach and salt water or 2) use black tea or 3)use vegetable glycerin with denatured alcohol? Or a combination of two of them? I already have everything except vegetable glycerin.

I was leaning more towards soaking in some bleach and salt water for a few hours, spraying it down, scraping it down one final time to get 100% of the meat off and then soaking in concentrated black tea for however long.

I’ve only ever skinned a roadkill rabbit and then salt cured the hide so this will be a new experience.

I found this snake in the middle of the road after a rain storm. I saw it otw to get chipotle so on my way back when it was still there I pulled over and grabbed my gloves and grocery bag. Thankfully the head was the only part that was run over because I was nervous about it still being alive somehow.

It’s currently in my trunk because my mom would flip out. I was going to stick it in the freezer for the night when she goes to bed and thaw tomorrow for skinning and tanning.

What would you do?

Question about recording with iPhone 17 pro/a7iii set up

I have an idea to make videos of the small trickling waterfalls by my house and curious if I should record the sound on my iPhone or straight in my Sony a7iii. I have a Rode video micro 2 compact shotgun mic and was wondering if it would be worth my time to buy an adapter for my phone so I can get the mic closer to the sound source or would the adapter for the phone give me worse quality audio as it does when I listen to music?

I know this might be a silly question to some but I’m starting from level 1 and would really appreciate some insight on if my set up would be worth the effort of going in the forest with all this gear to get some hour long+ video and audio with what I have and the best way to utilize this or would I just be wasting my time with the audio? Thank you so very much!! 🙏

Just sharing something cool I found yesterday

They remind me of dead man’s fingers but it’s probably too soon to tell? They looked really neat. The picture isn’t the best but I was tired as hell

We are one step away from those cocktail cards bartenders get.

There were multiple pages of these. I didn’t make it extra hot because I glossed over the handwritten portion. I’m in a licensed store so we don’t even print out drinks. We still write on cups and hardly ever see these stickers except when customers save them and bring them to us.

Lover Boy / chalk pencil and outlined with sharpie pen.

I miss doing lettering and I know this isn’t perfect but I hardly ever draw and am trying to get back into the swing of things. Hope you enjoy!!!
