I feel dead inside except when I create

  1. Soo i am from India and prepping for jee....I started the prep in 2023. I failed in 2025 and reattempted in 2026. It has 2 attempts jan and apr.i was preety hyped about jan. But i screwed it up and did preety badly. I was very hopeless after that. I have adhd and consult a psychiatrist and take stimulants regularly. After jan he prescribed me antideps. But during apr exam I was very hopeless...I did work hard but I expected to fail. Funnily I got 95%ile in apr and was qualified to the next exam jee adv. Now jee adv is in 4 days. Being honest i know if I perform in those 6 hours I can get a seat. But i am not very confident I am stressed anxious and stopped studying. I feel like I am not able to get the confidence I need to perform my best....idk i don't have expectations but i won't mind doing good....I feel preety dead inside except when I create stuff like vdos food writing anything I make is only when I feel like myself...otherwise I feel like a shell zombie

I am 18. I have very vague idea about all types of ideologies. I want to dig deep and the foundation works by people who founded that philosophical ideology and books about implementation and relevance of that in 2026. I want a list for the communist and socialist philosophy, to educate myself about those. I want 3 books. 1 regarding the 1st principle philosophy, 1 about its relevance in 2026 , 1 about its views with feminism and women. Please recomend some

Remember everytime you are complaining about physics a girl somewhere in our country is denied education after 8th. Remember how the women in your family before you never had the option to choose themselves. Remember that we are not reducing ur struggle but your struggle is a privilege someone would kill to have....and sooo like study cause u have the option to.....do it for yourself and remember by doing so and choosing yourself you get to make the women in your bloodline who never had the choice proud ...

op is a girl wannabe baddie

Hi, I’m an 18-year-old from India trying to understand how therapy actually works behind the scenes.
Most conversations online focus on access, stigma, etc., but I’m more curious about the day-to-day realities for therapists themselves.
If you’re open to sharing, I’d really appreciate your perspective:
.What does a typical workday look like for you (sessions + everything else)?
.What tasks outside of sessions take up the most time/energy?
.What parts of your work feel most repetitive or draining?
.Do you ever feel limited by time when working with clients? If yes, how?
.How do you currently manage notes, scheduling, and follow-ups?
.What’s something people outside the field completely misunderstand about your job?
I’m not promoting anything—I’m just trying to learn and understand the system better.
Thanks in advance :)

See if u like stories and reading books. Try reading lot of science fiction...it will seriously help. Like jee advanced is ofc concepts but it's lots of interpretation and language...like u can study and all like normal school students till 10th but try to read science fiction just for fun....like it's fun...I read a lot ...more literary fiction tho...like if u read science fiction from a young age...it will really help to develop skills of interpretation for future...I mean i ur free time for fun....specially if u re below 10th grade...try reading project hail mary, Dune, hitch hikers guides to galaxy, the martian etc
