I'm a 19-year-old male looking to buy a new pair of running shoes during the Flipkart sale, with a budget of 8,000.

I run three times a week:

I'm in Season 2 of FIFA 23 Career Mode with 5★/5★ youth scouts. Most youth academy players I find are only 51–55 OVR, and I've only found three above 60 (62, 64, and 69 OVR).

How do I decide which youth players are worth keeping and which I should release? Should I build my team around the higher-rated players?

Also:

- How long should I leave youth players in the academy before promoting them?

- Should I promote them to the first team early so they develop through matches or loans?

- Should I keep changing their positions to find their best role, or just leave them in their natural position unless another position clearly suits them better?
