So I ordered a Magician Alpha. I got a text from Chase about suspected fraud and the charge was declined. I checked Magician website and it showed "unpaid". So I created ANOTHER order after telling Chase it was a legit charge. Somehow Magician recharged my card for both orders..I emailed Magician saying to cancel one of the orders. They want to charge me 5% fee for cancelling the order.

This makes no sense and is starting off the wrong way for customer service. I understand they have a 5% fee for a cancellation, however, I would think they would exempt this from the 5% cancellation due to the credit card being declined and initial order showing unpaid.

I ordered a tool from Canada and paid the seller $45 for shipping. Today I received a letter in the mail from FedEx stating I owe a Clearance Entry Fee. The shipment billing notes say "The payor of duties, taxes and fees will be responsible for any applicable Clearance Entry Fees (CEF) and other import fees."

Seems to me the shipper should have been billed or paid that fee. And how was FedEx allowed to import it without paying all the proper fees? I don't see how I'm responsible for it. Other documents included say preferential tariff treatment under USMCA/T-MEC/CUSMA. Customs paperwork says $0 Duties and I.R. Tax.

After lot of research and phone call with FedEx - xCameron94x is 100% incorrect. He has not clue what hes talking about. Almost wondering if hes the Canadian seller trying to screw me by saying " no Taxes, No duty, no Tariffs"...then Checking the box " recipient responsible for duty and tariff".

Do not buy any Chargepoint chargers. My 2nd one to fail on me. They offered 10% off. A joke of a company. Search around. Lot of know wifi issues/failures. If the WiFi chip fails the charger will not charge anymore. 2nd time. Obviously a defect. Company doesn't care. Might try replacing the battery on the board - that someone posted about.

Got this installed the other day. In both heating and cooling the compressor is very loud and high pitched compared to my other 4 Senville Aura units. Heating mode the compressor is obnoxiously loud. If it was installed near any bedroom I would be returning this unit.

This unit cost a 40% more, suppose to have an 'upgraded' compressor and 10 year warranty. I wish I would have gotten the non-elite Aura model. Elite model is not an upgrade or worth the extra money.

Overall not impressed. I'd recommend anyone thinking about the Elite model to stick with the standard Aura model.

I had T-Mobile for years. Service has always been spotty at my house. Verizon put in a power. I ported out to Xfinity few weeks back. I add the mobile select plan which includes all international data, calls, text. My phone work fine in USA. when I traveled to South Korea it didn't work. Back to USA worked fine. Travel to China--doesn't work. Spent 20+ hours on the phone with support trying to fix it. Reinstalled eSim, reset network settings, toggled data roaming, manually selected other 'ROAM' networks. Nothing Works. Anyone have this issue or any ideas how to fix it. Xfinity store has been useless. Tech Support has given me the total run around - every excuse including i need a new phone and I need to upgrade to the more expensive plan. This is extremely frustrating.

I ported from T-mobile to Xfinity a few weeks ago. My phone works fine in USA. I travel to Japan, didn't work. I spent hours on the phone with 720-728-5462 - unable to get it connected. Went to Xfinity store at USA - they saw nothing wrong.

Today im in China, it will won't connect. Tried calling 720-728-5462. Unable to fix it.

What is the next step in getting this issue escalated to someone who can properly fix it?

I had zero issues for years with T-Mobile so its not my phone.

Question: is it possible Verizon is some how blocking my phone from international roaming service due to a 30 day trial in the past?

I ported from T-mobile to Xfinity with full international plan and few weeks back. After many many hours on the phone with xfinity support they can’t figure it out. Tried reloading eSIM, reset network settings, ect. Nothing works. My wife’s phone works fine worldwide. Only my phone has issues and the only thing I can think of is I did a 30 day Verizon trial 6 months ago.

I’m asking here because Xfinity uses Verizon network.

I ported my line to Xfinity mobile 2 days ago. I travel internationally multiple times per month. I'm in Taiwan and it's not working. Xfinity support is telling me international roaming won't work for 10-15 days. This is really unacceptable! It would have been nice to know that before porting from T-Mobile.

Future Warning to anyone switching.

I'm trying to order an item and it says the following "Sorry, this item cannot be shipped to your selected address due to local laws or Amazon policy. Please change the shipping address."

However I can order exact item in different color. Chat with seller and amazon customer service has not produced any results.

Any suggestions how to get this issue fixed? It's obviously some type of glitch.
