My blood pressure was always low :90/60 , but since losing weight, its dropped drastically. My last reading was 80/50, but my doctor said my blood pressure is always low and not to worry., but Im constantly exhausted. When I workout, I usually get nauseous, and sometimes throw up. .. its pretty bad.

Electrolytes and hydration help minimally, but does this ever improve? Any tips appreciated.
