I listened to some of the feedback about House’s face, so I decided to give him another try.

Right: updated version + a little House-style Easter egg 😂
I changed the eyes to blue and added some subtle stubble while trying to keep the original LEGO-style face.

I built Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital from House M.D. as a ~2,400-piece LEGO set...
And yes, there are multiple hidden Vicodin references throughout the set. 👀

If you grew up with Disney movies, there's a good chance Honey, I Shrunk the Kids brings back some serious childhood memories! 😄
I decided to recreate that iconic giant backyard world in LEGO, with oversized everyday objects, huge plants and grass, insects, and all the little details that made the movie so memorable.
I've designed everything from scratch using BrickLink Studio, and the final presentation images were created and edited manually in GIMP. No AI-generated images were used.
The project is currently at 740 supporters on LEGO Ideas, and I'm trying to reach the 1,000-supporter milestone. 🎯
Honestly, I think this project deserves a lot more attention from fans of the movie! 😂

Hi everyone!
I've spent several years designing and building a LEGO recreation of the CAL FIRE S-70i Firehawk.
I tried to go beyond simply making the helicopter look good. I designed the model from scratch in BrickLink Studio, built it physically, and incorporated a functional belly water-drop mechanism.
I also tried to reproduce some of the operational environment around the aircraft, including a wildfire scene and a water-refill operation.
I'm not a helicopter mechanic, so I'd genuinely love to hear from people who work in aviation maintenance or have hands-on experience with the S-70/Hawk family.
If you notice anything that looks technically inaccurate, especially around the helicopter's systems, equipment, external details or general configuration, I'd really appreciate your feedback.
The project was recently featured by Vertical Magazine, which was an incredible surprise, and it has reached 1,600 supporters on LEGO Ideas.
But today I'm mainly sharing it here because I'd love to hear what the maintenance people think. 😄

I've built a detailed LEGO recreation of the CAL FIRE S-70i Firehawk, as a tribute to the aircraft and especially to the crews who operate them during wildfire season.
The model includes a functional belly water-drop system, a wildfire scene, and a water-refill scene showing the Firehawk hovering over a water source.
This project actually started several years ago. My previous Firehawk LEGO Ideas project reached 10,000 supporters in 2022, but unfortunately wasn't selected for production.
After taking a long break, I decided to start over and completely redesign the helicopter and the surrounding scenery.
The new project has now reached 1,600 supporters in just 6 weeks on LEGO Ideas, which has been amazing to see.
Recently, Vertical Magazine, a publication dedicated to the helicopter industry, also featured the project. The response from people in the aviation and firefighting communities has been incredible.
I'm hoping to eventually reach 10,000 supporters again and give this project another chance at becoming a real LEGO set.
I'd especially love to hear from CAL FIRE personnel or anyone familiar with the S-70i Firehawk. If you spot anything that could be improved or made more accurate, I'd genuinely appreciate your feedback.

When I first shared this project here, I was hoping aviation enthusiasts might enjoy seeing a firefighting helicopter recreated in LEGO. Since then, things have gone much further than I expected.
The project has now reached 1,600 supporters on LEGO Ideas in just 6 weeks! ❤️
I've also recently had the incredible opportunity to have the project featured by Vertical Magazine, a publication dedicated to the helicopter industry. The feature brought the project to a much wider aviation audience, including people who actually work with these aircraft.
The model itself features a detailed S-70i Firehawk, a functional belly water-drop mechanism, a wildfire scene, and a water-refill scene showing the helicopter hovering over a water source.
This project is actually a second attempt for me. My previous Firehawk LEGO Ideas project reached 10,000 supporters in 2022, but unfortunately wasn't selected for production. After a long break, I decided to completely redesign the helicopter and scenery and give it another try.
The ultimate goal is still 10,000 supporters and hopefully, one day, seeing this become an actual LEGO set.

I've been working on this CAL FIRE S-70i Firehawk MOC for several years, designing the helicopter completely from scratch.

The model was designed in BrickLink Studio and then physically built to make sure the design and mechanisms actually worked.
The presentation images were created and edited manually in GIMP — no AI-generated images.
There's also a bit of history behind this project: the previous version reached 10,000 LEGO Ideas supporters in 2022 and was displayed on the Sikorsky stand at HAI Heli-Expo in Dallas that same year.
I completely redesigned the model afterwards and relaunched it on LEGO Ideas. The new version has now passed 1,160 supporters.
I'd love to hear what other MOC builders think, especially about the helicopter design and the water-drop mechanism.

One feature I particularly wanted to recreate was the Firehawk's belly tank, so I designed and tested a fully functional water-drop mechanism before finalizing the model.
