I'm highkey so jealous of rich kpop stans 😭😭

I particularly mean the kpop stans that go to EVERY stop of the tour, buy all the tour/weverse merch, have fancalls every single week, etc. Like how are we affording this?? What jobs do yall have?? Is your life fully devoted to kpop??

At the same time though, good for them they're living their dream 😢🫩

I don't understand why people camp for kpop concerts??

I've been to my fair share of kpop concerts so I know how this goes, at any boy group concert there's always a fanmade/camping line but I genuinly don't understand it especially when venues specifically say to NOT CAMP.

There's a few reasons I don't understand it:

  1. VIP 1 Campers: Why do they even camp?? They're going to get barricade regardless of what 'spot' they're in in line and I still see them camping from like the day before the concert even happens.

  2. The venue says NO CAMPING: Of course the people are not going to care if the venue says no camping or lining up before the said time, and that's because of how crazy they are I feel like. The people that camp will literally flip out on staff if they don't agree to honor the fan line.

  3. It just makes the VIP experience more stressful: My first time with VIP at Txt, it wasn't horrible and I actually got a really good spot on the floor WITHOUT camping. But when I saw Enhypen in Dallas a lot of the vip people (1 & 2) were SO rude and disrespectful.

I just blantantly don't understand why we can't just come to an understanding of lining up once the venue says you're aloud to so that it's not this thing where everyone has to obey the 'line leader' who's been there for 5 days before the concert and probably hasn't showered in days.

I keep comparing myself to my friends/other womens bodies

I am 19F and a couple months ago I started getting really self conscious of my body. I've never been overweight or heavy for my height/age I don't think, but for a while it was eating at me so bad I started going on TikTok looking for starving inspo.

This was before I went back to a psychiatrist/therapist and got back on medications as well as getting diagnosed with some other mental illnesses. But for that time when I was very self conscious I found myself CONSTANTLY comparing myself to women on social media, and even my own friends every chance I got, it was exhausting.

I also particularly would look back at my old pictures from when I was 14/15 where I was very small and sort of had an ED, I was 5'0 and around 114lbs which isn't underweight but I was just very small.

Eventually I started going to the gym daily and I still do, and I'm happy with my weight sort of, I feel like my body fluctuations super often but I try to tell myself it's just bloating which happens to everyone. But I always catch myself thinking "why don't other skinny women, or my friends ever look bloated after they eat?".

For reference I'm 5'3 and 125lbs, but for a while I was stuck at 135/130lbs. I just was wondering what anyone else does to make themselves feel better about themselves, especially their body image?

Edit : I'm also on birth control, which I know affects your body in different ways so that's another thing I try to tell myself is often affecting me.

AITAH for getting back with my ex after his ex told me they broke up?

Also for reference this happened about a year ago I just wanted to know what other people thought

So this happened around August of last year, my boyfriends ex girlfriend messaged me on Instagram and tried to call me to tell me that they had broken up and she wanted to ask me some things about him. I was so confused and shocked because from what I knew she DID NOT like me, and not because he said bad things about me, she just did not like me. She would say mean things about me at school, posted tiktoks directed at me, etc. (AND I WAS NEVER MEAN TO HER, NEVER SPOKE TO HER)

But truthfully, ever since my boyfriend and I had broken up when we were sophomores a part of me always still liked him because he was my first real boyfriend, and I always regretted how we broke up because I was in a really bad mental state at that time and it was affecting both of us, so I had always hoped we would get a second chance at dating.

Anyway, when she told me all that I didn't really entertain it because it wasn't my business anyway. But a few days after they broke up I was driving to my friends house and he drove past me and waved and then I had seen he had added me on Snapchat. We had just been talking as friends for like almost a month, just talking about what was new (when we broke up we were sophomores and never talked, we're now a 2 years post highschool)

And then in September we mutually agreed we wanted to start dating again since we both believed we had matured and still felt something for eachother. So we have been dating for almost a year now and things are great, we've made a lot of happy memories and we're very happy in our relationship!

But am I the asshole for getting back with him after his ex told me that they broke up? Whe she found out we were hanging out she was super pissed that I would "do that to her", and she was even telling people she wanted to fight me😭. So was I in the wrong and I just dismissed it?

Should I go to college this semester?

So I've been really debating if I want to go to college this year because I was so stressed with it last year.

So for context: when I was 18 I was kicked out of my home because of not getting along with my step-mom, I started living with my friend and her mom for a while, and I am always welcome to stay with them (they're like family) but during the summer I practically moved in with my boyfriend (we'll be together a year in September) and they treat me like I'm part of their family. I'm super greatful for everyone in my life that treats me like their family.

My Dad isn't helping me pay for college or anything at all so I'm simply relying on my cousin (who is like my sister) to pay for my college (she insisted she wants to pay for it, even though I'm very hesitant because I feel awful for her to pay for it for me).

I have a new job working for Tom's travelin coffee and Kona Ice, I should be working 30 hours a week + tips and around $13-15 an hour for now, and I've been really debating weather I want to just focus on working as many hours as possible to save up lots of money, and save my cousins money for when I'm feeling the confidence to tackle school and a job, or just do my school classes online (so I don't have to drive to campus which is an hour away) and can still go to work.

I just know I'd be behind all my friends who are graduating early anyway, but I would be graduating even later them which I would just feel a little lame about, but I'm just trying to think of the best thing for me and my mental health.

(P.S. I also just started on a new antidepressant and mood stabilizer about a month ago and discovered I have ADHD, and Bipolar disorder and my anxiety and depression has worsened, which would explain some of my struggles that I've had throughout my life)

But just be brutally honest!! I'd really love all and any advice!!
