Pillows, wedges, wings, mono block, sweat guard…. Mind blown (bodyguard 2.0 content only)

Long time permit holder carried for a while but could never find anything comfortable and got tired of the drawer of holsters.

The new micro carry firearms are amazing! Recently picked up a Bodyguard CC and made a vow to myself to start carrying all the time

I haven’t holster shopped for 10+ years and I am amazed at the options… way too many. Some are more innovative than others.

I notice a lot of mention about pillows and wedges, wings, and mono block clips

Can anyone explain like I am 5y/o what the benefits of these are? Please if you can keep it to exclusive to the bodyguard or at least micro framed firearms; hellcat, p365, g43….

Can these devices be added to any kydex or does it need to be designed for them? Leaning heavily toward JM Kydex because they seem to always get mentioned in best of threads. Also the price is great too. But I notice they don’t seem to offer any of these farckles.

Currently edc a OG Bodyguard (IWB). I have fomo when looking at new micros, especially the BG 2.0 carry comp... am I crazy?

Maybe I am unique, but I love 4 o'clock IWB with my OG Bodyguard. It completely disappears. There is no, "get used to the feeling" sensation.. For the record I am Dad bod certified... my lovely love handles completely mask the bottom of the mag.

Anyhow my 3 season carry is a beloved PPS. I think it is to prone to printing on my body type for light weight tee shirts. Summer time I switch to the BG.

With both firearms the lack of capacity compared to the new bread of CCWs make me nervous... maybe its thoughtful marketing? Never the less I think I am going to grab a BG 2.0 carry comp.

What are your thoughts about that particular firearm Vs the Shield plus? Is the BG notably easier to conceal?

Maybe I should explore a kydex with sidecar for my OG? but then I fear Ill lose the comfortability that I come to love.

Help design a 12v relay operated small distribution block for a motorcycle

I need to power a gps unit on my motorcycle. It requires 3A 12V dc. I want to hook it straight to the battery.

I have access to an unused ignition on switched usb outlet under the seat that would be perfect for mounting of a small distribution block. Maybe only 4 terminal(2 accessories). Making everything ignition switched.

If there a store bought item or something I could build?

Trip planning for Road America next year; best zone for tent camping?

I’ve camped at multiple events at MidOhio. Talked to a neighbor about other tracks with general admission type viewing. He mentioned Road America being amazing and very similar to Ohio; you wander around and view the race from wherever you want.

Anyhow was thinking about planning a camping trip there. Looks as if there are several camp areas??!! Very unique!

Do you have a favorite “zone” or spot? I’ll be tent camping and riding in on motorcycle. I’ll be on foot to get to race viewing and shower house (if there is one,I hope). I guess I could ride my motorcycle to the shower house if needed, but at mid Ohio, you have to pay for a pass to use your motorcycle to get around the grounds.

Creating a BDR machine with my DRZ, I need help choosing a bar bend

I am looking to upgrade my 400S 7/8th bars to 1 1/8th. I need to pick a bar bend.

I am tall (6'0 (1.8m)) long legs and arms(34" pants inseam) I feel like I could benefit from risers. I would like to get a higher bar bend instead of using risers.

I would be doing some road riding, around town errands and to/from "riding areas". Main riding areas are gravel forrest service type roads. I dont do any MX type riding, no dirt biking trails.

Thanks for the help

Get bells from Nook Stop after transferring to a new switch?

I stated playing NH on my daughter’s Switch. I liked it so much I got my own!

I did a data transfer when I set up the new switch but choose to start over fresh with my own island.

Is there anyway I can travel back to my daughter’s island and get the 100k in bells I had in the Nook Stop machine?

Splitting a user off a 2 user Switch?

I have a OG Switch that my child quickly took over shortly after I bought it. lol.

Anyhow, years later I’ve picked up playing ACNH. I’ve considered getting my own Switch.

When I move my user(primary) from the OG Switch to the new one what effect does that have on game saves, specifically AC and Skyrim.

Currently shopping for secondhand Switch Lite. Anyway to discern age from only photos?

I’d like to get back into to playing AC. I really like the size of the Switch lite. As an adult that casually games it seems perfect for taking on vacations, to work, etc.

I realize it’s been around for several years now. Is there anyway to tell how old it is based on only marketplace photos? Were certain colors released later in the production years? Being that I love AC I would love to find a Switch Lite AC version; how old is that unit now?

Why do I see a lot offered with “charging issues” or without charger?

Thanks

Anyone running a Givi top plate with OEM hard (metal) pannier mounts? 2024+

Anyone run the Givi top plate with OEM pannier racks on their V85tt? It seems they share a mounting point on the lower subframe.

Kind of thinking a longer bolt and spacer would work.
