Any recourse for city ordered planted weeds?
Title is confusing but not sure how to word it succinctly... We recently had our street widened and resurfaced, and that company that did the work tore up the easements, and about a foot into the front yards. When they put (garbage) dirt back down, they seeded it with what seems to be solely weeds. So now the first foot of the yards, and the easements are just spotty weeds.
Do I/neighbors have any options available, or would I just have to come out of my own pocket?
