I already feel dead, I think killing myself would only confirm the obvious

lately I've been having a few problems with Arita being repetitive; it always uses words like rhythmic, thud, thwack, every laugh vibrates through the bot's chest, it keeps describing my actions as predatory, etc

my usual prompts don't do much to fix it, and temperature changes fix it for a few messages before it goes back to the same narration style. how can I fix this?
