I’ll go from easy to hardest. Short-term to long-term. I’ve done all this things and they have had a positive impact on my turbinate hypertrophy, mechanical breathing, nervous system. Etc.

Go on a jog.
Neck Fascia stretches
Fast for 18+ hours
Do a heavy workout. (Pull ups)
Sleep flat with no pillow on back on a Japanese futon.
Take Cold Showers
Take NAD+ supplements for a month
Start a keto diet for a few days
Cut Sugar and carbs.
Lower body fat %
Switch from coffee to tea.
How do I approach this?
Had it stuck in my head so I tried winging it.
Stock plug-ins preferred. I have spent too long trying to salvage these vocals.
I'm almost there but I'm not skilled enough to execute what i'm trying to achieve.
Going for a more warmer vintage tone, not too bright, but also, there are way to many pops and clicks, and sybliance in the recording i'm not smart enough to filter out.
I'm open to paying for a remote mixing session depending on how the responses go.
I have mic'ed up drums quantized to my programmed drum demo, and i'd like to commit the changes before sending the project to my engineer.
(because for some reason, the groove quantize disappears when transferring to another computer)
