If I had to pick one it would be Kikuichimoji, the satisfaction of hitting a group all lined up like that is too good. In a recent playthrough I experimented with Ramza running Iaido as his secondary with his typical Squire/Mediator skills as the primary. It made for a cool commander vibe shouting order and supporting units with Iaido buffs and AOE damage at times.

I've linked to the timestamp on All-Ultima which is the ability the title is referring to, but the entire ability set is pretty epic too! I'm using DuckStation for Emulation but I still remember how hard this hit on the old PS1 when I first experienced this boss!

Interesting fact about Queklain/Cúchulainn Impure abilities. He has 10 Bio spells total with all different effects, stat inflictions and color variation!

It's hard to find time to replay FF6 these days with work, family, and life! But I still need to sleep, so I've been trying to make these nostalgic audio book style narrations. Fair warning that it's an AI voice but the soft tone and subtle intonation is actually perfect for falling asleep... at least for me!
