Longines Military Watch

How can I find out the exact year this watch was produced? Also, I’m fairly sure there id radium on the hands. As long as I don’t open the case I should be safe, correct?

What do you think about Dan Henry?

I fell in love with the vintage look of the 1937 chronograph when I saw it on line. I think it looks great…in a well lit room. If it’s not in direct light the hands are kind of hard to read. I still really like the over all look of the watch I guess I didn’t think about the glint only glinting under light.

Found an interesting print at an antique shop of a White Wizard. It says it’s from a card game. Anyone have any information on what it is from?

Morning walk with my Vario 1918 Trench.

I purchased this last year after reading The Guns of August and feeling inspired. I love the color on the Bundt and how the numbers really pop. It hadn’t seen a lot of wrist time lately, but a misty walk after an overnight thunderstorm seemed fitting. What’s your favorite history inspired watch?

Expedition indigo does not work? Help!

I’ve had this Expedition for about 2 months. This morning when I tried to light it up to check the time only 2 little dots lit up. Anyone else have this issue?
