Online trade-in offer vs. in-store trade-in value

I got offered $900 trade-in value online when purchasing a new phone, but when I went to a Best Buy store, they only offered me $300 for the same phone.

I'm assuming the $300 was the regular trade-in value and that the $900 is a promotional value tied to purchasing the new phone, but I'm not sure.

If I order the new phone online and select store pickup, will the store honor the $900 promotional trade-in value when I bring the phone in?

Or did the employee at the store just not include the new phone purchase when checking the trade-in value?

Anyone have experience with this?

(Trade in phone condition is near mint)

New Tri-Fold planned to release next year.

According to this Korean Article, next Tri-Fold is planned to be released next year and Samsung is already working on it.

https://m.etnews.com/20260724000227?obj=Tzo4OiJzdGRDbGFzcyI6Mjp7czo3OiJyZWZlcmVyIjtzOjIzOiJodHRwczovL3d3dy5nb29nbGUuY29tLyI7czo3OiJmb3J3YXJkIjtzOjEzOiJ3ZWIgdG8gbW9iaWxlIjt9

Samsung's '4+4' Strategy for Next Year

  • First Half (Galaxy S27 Series): A new 'Pro' model will be added to the existing lineup (Standard, Plus, Ultra), bringing the total to 4 models.
  • Second Half (Foldable Phone Lineup): The next-generation Tri-fold will be added to the existing lineup (Fold, Fold Ultra, Flip), bringing the total to 4 models.
  • Strategic Goal: Broaden consumer choices in flagship and high-end segments and drive the mass adoption of foldable phones.

Key Outlook for the Next-Gen (2nd Gen) Tri-fold

  • Development Status: Samsung has begun sharing project details with partners and entered the early development stage.
  • Display: While exact specifications are not yet finalized, it is expected to feature a screen size similar to the 1st generation (9.96-inch main and 6.49-inch outer displays).
  • Launch Timing: Unlike the 1st generation—which was released as a special model—the new Tri-fold is expected to launch around July next year alongside the regular "Galaxy Z9 series."
  • Production Volume: While the 1st generation was produced in limited quantities of around 30,000 units mainly to showcase technology, the 2nd generation is expected to see an increase in production volume.

H-Series vs P-Series Owners: Which Printer Do You Actually Use Most?

For those who own both a Bambu H-series printer and a P-series printer, which one do you actually use more?

I’m curious about real world usage, not just specs. Do you find yourself printing mostly on the P-series, or does the larger build volume of the H-series get used regularly?

Currently have P2S that I’ve been using non stop since I got it m. And looking to get a second unit soon.

Checking out the H2D or X2D and leaning towards H-series for larger build volume.

P2S AMS combo for 1st timer?

Thinking about jumping into 3D printing and I have a chance to get a Bambu Lab P2S + AMS combo for around $500. Just wondering if that’s considered a good setup overall, or if there are noticeably better options around that price range.

I’ve always wanted to get into 3D printing, but honestly the whole file/setup/calibration side of it always seemed a little intimidating. I’d rather avoid buying a super budget printer, then immediately wanting to upgrade if I end up really enjoying the hobby. Figured it might make more sense to spend a bit more upfront on something decent and easier to live with.

Mainly planning to start with simple stuff like toys for my kids, organizers, random household things, etc., then eventually move into functional/custom parts once I learn more.

Would the P2S + AMS be a solid beginner to intermediate setup? reliable? Easy enough to learn on without constantly fighting the printer?

Thank you in advance.

Will Thule motion 3 XXL box work with OEM crossbar on 2025 Armada?

I’m planning to get a Thule Motion 3 XXL for my 2025 Nissan Armada, but I’m concerned that the factory OEM crossbars may sit too low and cause the cargo box to contact the roof.

Has anyone installed a Thule Motion 3 on the OEM crossbars and can confirm whether it fits properly without hitting the roof or interfering with the rear hatch?

Thanks in advance.

Update from previous scope suggestion.

I went with Ares ETR and was wondering if there are any decent cantilever to put it on Ace Target.

Or is Ring option better for this set up?

Thank you in advance.
