so, I’ve talked to my manager twice already about my schedule, I have a second job just cause I need a little more money. I’m curious if set schedule are allowed because according to my SM “we don’t really have one, it’s just based if you are available that day or not. I thought about putting my availability and having it set a certain way and when I did, they immediately turned it down so I’m getting really frustrated and burned out because this is the only store that’s closet to me by an hour and my second job is already across the street from the sephora I work at. So if there is any SM on hear and explain the policy to me or possibly dm and help me construct something, it will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Look I know people on here are probably scammers or something but I fr fr need help. I legit only need small amounts to get home. I’m stranded at my job with no money. I live an hour away from home. So I’m still trying to get use to how to properly dispose dif items. I am admitting that I really need to retrain and watch the videos again so I can properly do it. however because it’s so rare or really never do it, i overthink. I make sure to look at the chart that every sephora has but I feel like I start to overthink once foundations get involved because my ops lead tells me certain foundations can be processed in the bucket or box and this is where I genuinely get lost because aren’t liquid foundations for the bucket and cream and powders in the box ? I admit that it’s a constant mistake with me and I’m try so hard to work on that, but it’s like when I ask questions im always told “look at the guide” and when I do, I get confused. It’s mainly foundations that are my problem, everything i understand. What are ways you guys use that makes it seem easy for you or ways that make disposing dif away easier? I would love to know!

Got an oil change done last week, not sure if it has to do with anything. 2 days ago my car started to shake and the check engine light turned on both blinking and then turned solid. Took it to pep boys and was told my engine was done for. They are too booked to fix and I can’t drive the car as much because it drives super slow and if I accelerate, the check light blinks. The codes I was given was Code p0301,p0304,p0300 and a cam code. I don’t know where to go from here, my car is a Kia optima s 2019 (some background I bought the car at a dealership last year, pre owned and worked fine, declined warranty cuz fil said to not do it. I was told to come see them today for a possible trade-in but because I have a loan already on the car, I don’t wanna add any more damage) please if anyone can help me out what can I do?

-lucky rice (have no idea how or what that is, is regular rice just fine?)
-sweet dried orange, 4 four at a corner (are mandarin or orange peels or fine?)
-peony root (I think that’s what I heard)
-green or gold candle
-engrave with name (full name, date of birth, and abundant money)
-light the bottom to stick on the plate or bowl
-speak whatever intentions (unless there’s an actual spell, I’m supposed to say)

Please help and let me know. I’m very interested.

Sooo not sure if this is like just a major theory but so many people are wondering “what if goose made 2-3 endings?” Bc one for the movie, one for YouTube, and one for Netflix. I’m ngl that would be the ultimate mind fuck (in a good way) as one last goose surprise. Feel like it’s a major stretch but IMAGINE if that did happen.

So my closet is very active and I often change the prices or discount them, and I’ve seen most people share or give alike, right now I currently have 14 items up for sale and I’m trying to put a listing but I keep seeing the “inactive” flag on anything new I try to sell, I’ve tried contacting the support team but haven’t heard back in days. Is anyone else having this problem?
