I’m a gay boy 24-year-old (vers btm)role and I’ve been thinking a lot about hookup safety lately. Honestly, with apps like Grindr, going to bars, or meeting guys anywhere, it feels harder and harder to just blindly trust people.
Up until now, my routine has been pretty simple: I usually ask guys if they are clean/safe. If they say yes, and we communicate well, have a good vibe, and they seem decent, I’ll go through with it. I *never* do anal without a condom, and while I do oral often (knowing it's generally lower risk for HIV), I’m well aware that other STDs are still very much a possibility.
But lately, I’ve been feeling a bit anxious. Just taking someone's word for it doesn't feel like enough anymore.
So my question is: **How do you actually confirm someone is safe?**
Do you guys straight-up ask to see recent medical/STI reports before meeting? Is that considered normal or a vibe-killer?

Right now, I am not on PrEP. I really don't like the idea of taking a daily pill just for the rare occasions that I actually meet up with someone.

Statistically, how high is the risk of transmitting HIV or other STDs through condomless oral sex (giving and receiving) if I'm not on PrEP?

Are there practical alternatives to daily PrEP for someone who hooks up very infrequently?

I’m a gay guy, and lately, I’ve been feeling really confused about my sex drive. It feels like I am constantly horny and looking at almost every guy I meet in a sexual way. Hey everyone,
I am applying for the upcoming September intake for France. I will be living in Angers, where I expect my rent to be around €400–€500 maximum. My university fee is 250 euros per year .
I want to lay out my financial profile to see if you think this is enough to get my visa approved, or if I am running a high risk of rejection.
My Financial Breakdown (Total: €9,500)

Bank Statement: 3 months of history showing a balance of ~€9,500.
Source 1 (€6,000): From my father’s business.
Source 2 (€3,500): Saved from my own abroad internship.
Documents I Am Submitting

For the Internship Savings: Internship contract, completion certificate, and official payslips.
For the Business Income: PAN certificate and Business Registration certificate.

My Dilemma (Tax Documents)
I have a weak/low tax clearance certificate for the business. My plan is to not show the tax clearance certificate at all, under the logic that it is better to omit a weak document than to present it.
My Questions:

Is a €9,500 balance safe enough for a student visa in a city like Angers?

Will omitting the tax clearance certificate cause a visa rejection if I already provide the PAN and business registration?

Does the embassy strictly require tax clearance for self-employed sponsors? I heard it’s not compulsory to submit from campus france any documents related to ward other than relationship verification certificate .

Realistically all i can give for financial documents are :

2 . Sponsored letter/ Affidavit (6000 euros from his business )

3. relationship verification letter

4. pan certificate of business

5. business registration certificate

6. my abroad internship saving money transfer to father saving acc for fund accumulation (3500 euro)

7. my internship contract , completed certificate, payslip , receipts of tranfer from my acc to father saving acc

Is this strong enough documents or not?
Note: Tuition fee for my masters degree is 250 euro per year
Do they consider my application below avg , avg or strong?

My father business shows 20 lakh income in tax clearance
But now i want around 45 lakh annual income certificate verified by ward tax clearance
Do you think ward office will do that? Its just to show my business income is legal and valid that supports my living expenses
I am going for 250 euros per year so no tuition fees problem just to make sure my father business can afford that much . He owns a small restaurant and does ward believe it or make it like that ? If not what should i do ? Whom should i ask about that in ward ?
