9wpo severe depression 25yo

Hi all

I got my laparoscopic total hysterectomy (uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes) in April, 2 months ago, So I'm currently 9wpo

The depression is real. I'm really struggling. On the surface everything is perfect. My partner is there for me, my friends are there for me. I have no financial struggles. But I'm miserable, hopeless, and borderline suicidal. I don't feel like there's a point in doing anything. I try and get physical exercise everyday also.

I do have a history of depression, and I was on Dienogest till the day before my surgery.

Is this a hormonal thing that will be fixed with time? Or will I be like this forever? I have tried antidepressants before and therapy, but nothing helped.

Im so scared that this is going to be the rest of my life

Is this normal?

I'm very new to combat based games. I've only ever played puzzle platformers before. However I fell in love with the atmosphere and lore of Hollow Knight and the more I played it the more I want to reach 112% completion.

BUT I play every boss round about 30 times on average before I beat them. I'm not exaggerating, I counted.

Is it normal to die repeatedly this many times for bosses or am I just hopelessly bad?

I also cannot for the love of God beat the Trial of the Fool. The bosses so far have been easier than that.
