So I'm on a placebo week for birth control, and the hormone reduction means my brain fog is 10x worse. So today, I forgot to take my asthma meds, forgot my yoga shorts (it's like 100° and my leggings won't cut it), and then got home and popped off my shoes only to realize I only put in an orthotic in one shoe.
Anyone else struggling today?
